So... was RTS Rumble ever released at all?

I know that Hasbro said that the wave with RTDS Rumble was cancelled. I believe I remember a few people finding him here and there, but was he ever released in numbers anywhere near RTS Windcharger? I don't even hear about people trying to find Rumble, presumably because he's so rare that there's no point in trying to find him, unlike Windcharger, who's hard, but not impossible, to find.

The entire wave has been canceled entirely, sadly, so all "sightings" are to be taken with a grain of salt.

I don't believe RtS Rumble has been released at retail by Hasbro at all to this point. Anyone that his him (legitimately) must have Takara's United release...

Nope. Neither has Friendzy Frenzy. So I guess it's like Cybertron Mini-Con Wave 4 all over again.

That wave was release, albeit in small numbers. The fourth wave Target Movie Scouts would be a better example

I think they will just move them to a wave past the movie stuff. Too many people want the set.
