Can anyone shed some light as to the difference between the sdcc ultimate prime release withthe normal regular hasbro version aside from just packaging and an addition decal sticker sheet? Is there any other difference?

I think that's it actually. From the presentation at Botcon, and the TFCC magazine, it looks like the only differences are the decal sheet and the packaging. I'm a sucker for packaging, so the SDCC Ultime Prime looks kind of cool to me. I liked how most of the G1 toys were packaged in alt mode instead of robot mode. I often miss the original G1 packaging these days.
