Long overdue but I took some pics....(warning, your screen will stretch)

I finally got the time to actually sit down, set up a little display area, and take pics of my TF haul from a couple of weekends ago. I'm staying with only the characters that appear in the movie. After spending most of Saturday afternoon opening and figuring out how to transform these toys I'm liking the way each one looks and I'm impressed with the amount of detail. Along with the toys I took pics of are some display pieces from TRU that my local store didn't use. One thing I didn't like was the black on Megatron's face so I painted it silver. I think it looks a whole lot better now. Enjoy my mini gallery! :D

Nice presentation, especially the Transformers sign display.

I saw a stand-up movie Prime (about 5 feet tall) just inside the door at a local Kay-Bee toy store a few days ago. All the store clerks were busy and I was so tempted to carry it out the door with me. I didn't, as that would be, well, dishonest, but I might go back and ask for it once Transformermania dies down a bit.

I think you improved Megatron. I'm liking the silver much better. I'm still waiting for mine to arrive from Hasbro Toy Shop but I might do the same.

Is that how Ironhide's "shoulders" are supposed to look?

Thanks! It took me a while to get the logo to stay up. It is in 2 pieces.

I suggest you go back to the store and ask about getting it asap as someone propably already beat you on getting their name on it.

With the silver paint Megatron has improved alot. The details in his face are much clearer.

That is how Ironhide's shoulders are suppose to be, the "V" shape, but I think the springs in my are flexed too strong as it looks pushed up too much.

Nice!

I'm chomping at the bit to get Voyager Starscream, Ironhide, and the Deluxe Bonecrusher. As far as I know, they're not available in Canada yet. I really want them to round out my movie figure collection.

Thanks, I've even picked up the Comic adaptation Trade paperback 2 Wednesdays ago. To me the comic version is a very condensed story with some gaps in between. But atleast I know the general storyline of the movie.

I can't wait for the video games now. I'll soon have the PS3 version and both DS versions. I've have my PS3 for almost 3 months and have yet to get a game for it. Transformers seems to be a fitting first game for it. :)

I know what you mean. I had to scour all of the stores in my area just to find all the figures. Now I'm waiting on the regular release of Voyager Prime and Voyager Megatron.
