I picked up some transformers at a garage sale recently and was able to ID all except one. I've been through all 48 pages of galleries on this site with no luck. One of the "arms" reads "(c)Takara Co. Ltd. 1987 Macau" and the other reads "(c)1986 Hasbro".
I'll attach a few pics to help.
