Does anyone have Takara DOTM Shockwave yet?

I was just wondering if he's worth getting. Any difference from the Hasbro version? Considering the poor record so far in terms of Hasbro Takara differentiation for DOTM figures, I thought I'd find out before laying out the dough.

As a rule of thumb, first line movie figures hardly have any differences between Hasbro and TakaraTomy. When the mid-line rebranding hits though, the differences are greater.
