Feeling hungry? Takara Tomy has officially updated their website with McDonald's Japan Transformers: Prime promotions. With that, we have confirmation that the shake Transformer is Bulkhead! However, these won't be McDonald's toys per say, but available at other retail chains. The Happy Meal figures will in fact be Dark Of The Moon toys, as seen below.

The Transformers: Prime promotions will be available through different methods
  • Bumblebee/Fries - TV Boy Magazine September Exclusive
  • Bulkhead/Drink and Prime/Burger - Purchase a Happy Meal on July 30/31, and receive a coupon. Buy Dark Of The Moon products at participating retailer, redeem coupon and receive either Bulkhead/Prime.

And Japanese exclusives don't get any easier, even if they're non-transforming Transformers toys!

Instead of fighting Decepticons, your heroic Autobot can combat calories and trans-fat!

Wait a minute? Japan doesn't have TF: Prime (yet). We don't even have the Prime toys yet. Why is Japan doing a happy meal toy promotion for a series that they have yet to acquire at a time when the U.S. (who does have TF: Prime) hasn't even gotten the first Prime toys yet?

Won't the Japanese fans who doesn't know of TF: Prime yet be confused by this? It's like they're jumping the gun on this or something. :???:
