Titanium G1 Magnus and WW Megs toy revue + pics!

My Brother went shopping last month, with my money! He came back with the titanium G1 Ultra Magnus and WW Megatron, cos he didn’t like the Megatron he gave it to me.
Now I’m making this revue cos you demanded it.
Note this is my first Toy revue ever.
G1 Ultra Magnus:

Bot-mode:

Well at first sight he looks real cool, just like someone stated before Magnalishus!
Take a closer look at it and something starts to look odd.
His head is to far in front, wile his arms are to far to the back!

The detailing on him is quite good, but the colors are so not cartoon acurat!
His head, smokestacks, hands and guns are made out of rubber.
His front half chest and the inner bits of his legs are made of diecast.
The rest is made of… you guest it plastic ; ).
His chest opens for no real meaning, it’s just a nice reminder of the Movie.

His joints aren’t floppy, except for the crappie ballpoints that connect his arms with the body.
These will pop out when you use to much force, meaning that is your trying to transform him to fast they’ll pop of.
His Leg joints are very stiff, and allow his legs to rise up to 90°, which is useless. Why?
Magnus has got no knees, his knee joints bend into the wrong direction, that’s to enable the transformation.

Transformation:
It’s quite simple, bend his knees to the front, clap his arms of his body, lift the cab of his back, connect it and finished.
(yes no Prime that combines with a trailer!)

Alt-mode:

Very disappointing when you look at it in person, the back which is made out of his fat feet won’t rely hold together properly. The cab won’t stay in place and when you move it, it’ll try to transform back.
No place to hide his hand gun.

Overall it’s a nice idea to have him without being a Prime repaint. But he could have been better. I recommend him cos he’s a Magnus mold without a Prime, but get him at sale, cos he’s not worth the Alternators price tag!
We can just hope Hasbro will make a better version, cos this is just doesn’t pay justice to Magnus.
This is a Toy only completists and Magnus fans will like.
2 out of 5 Stars.
WW Megatron:

Bot-mode:

At first sight cool, at second sight bad-ass!
Beautiful detailing, super paint aps and a arsenal of peacemakers

Good tight joints this thing is build like a tank. His arms are quite puny and not as poesable as those of Magnus, but at least they stay attached to him!
His Fusion canon is real puny compared to other Megatrons, it’s connectable to the arm but looks better as a handgun.
His torso and inner legs are made of die cast. His head guns and shield are made of rubber.

Transformation:

Very simple, push his legs in, clap his arms into his shoulders, clap his big shoulder canon to the back, release his chest and turn it by 180°, lay it on the ground, attach his gun with the shield and stick it on his head finished.
Alt-mode:

Looks real odd and kind of disappointing. But still more bad-ass than Magnus.

Overall it’s a cool toy with an amazing paint job! The little articulation makes his possibility to be put into battle scenes very limited. But he still looks bad-ass by just standing there.

I highly recommend him, and he is truly build like a tank, cos I got into an argument with my brother in which he was chucked against a wall. He survived without a scratch and is still in one pice!
This is a toy everyone would like.
4 stars out of 5.
