Question for Leader Ironhide Owners

Hello. Long time lurker here. I recently spotted a Leader Ironhide at a local Walmart and now I am debating whether or not I should get it. I want to get some measurements to determine how close he is in scale with the Human Alliance toys. I would like to get the following dimensions:

Length from bumper to bumper to the nearest milimeter.
Height from ground to rooftop to the nearest milimeter.
Width from one front tire to the other front tire to the nearest milimeter.

Thank you for your help :D

I don't have him in front of me to give those measurments, but scale is pretty good for Human Alliance.

Stop posting here wondering if you shoudl get him. Go back to Wal Mart, buy him, and then rant in this thread about how awesome he is.

Trust me, you will regret not getting him.

I agree with Robofreak 100% and Welcome to Seibertron. Hope you stick around for a long time as the ride is just getting started.

I have him beside HA BB and Jazz and based off a picture from the movie, I said they are pretty in scale with each other, a very close almost.

This.

And I don't own any HA figures, but do have Leader Ironhide, and he is awesome just by himself. The transformation is a bit simple for a Leader Class (the Voyager was more complicated for me, actually) but it's a damn nice looking figure, especially in robot mode. And the Voyager's cannon is a perfect fit for the Leader. I keep my Voyager in truck mode, it looks better than the leader in truck mode.

That's a lot of work for me so, here's a picture instead:

I really want this guy but haven't been able to find him anywhere.

Where have most people been finding him? Wal-Mart? Target? I am checking the sightings forums and tool, but some anecdotal evidence would be nice as well...

I found mine at Wal-Mart. He was the only one they had so I had to get him. I haven't seen him at any of the other stores. Target around here has nothing but Leader Bumblebee. Same goes for TRU. LC Bumblebee and VC Optimus Prime are such self-warmers here in my city.

Thanks for the help guys and thanks for the warm welcome. I broke down and bought him. It was bound to happen; I usually cave once I start debating about a toy in my head. Also, I was getting worried that if I waited too long he wouldn't be there anymore.

Anyway, Leader Ironhide is awesome! And the scale is not only close to the Human Alliance toys, it is actually perfect. I never thought Ironhide would get a Leader Class toy and until recently I thought the idea was silly. They proved me wrong though, Leader Ironhide is an awesome figure and looks great. Barricade is getting awfully lonely on the Human Alliance shelf :D

In case anyone was curious, Ironhide's dimensions are:

Length: 240 mm
Height: 93 mm
Width: 88 mm
Robot Height: 240 mm

What does 240mm translate in inches? I'm not good when it comes to cm and mm. Lol.

I agree with everyone else.
Ironhide makes a great addition to the HA collection despite the fact that he has no doors or no human companion.

Here are the estimates.:

Length: about 9.4 inches
Height: about 3.7 inches
Width: about 3.5 inches
Robot Height: about 9.4 inches

I hate the imperial system

My local Walmart has about 4 of them, and they only had one a few days ago. I got mine from TRU to take advantage of the sale and the movie voucher. So far my walmart is the only place I have seen that had more than 2 available, and he is unavalable online, so just look around and wait a bit and he will be everwhere.

I kind of wish i never bought the new yoyager mold since I too am keeping him in truck mode, and 07 Premium looks WAY better in truck mode. If I knew then what I knew now I would have passed on the new voyager and picked up the Leader (which i would have anyhow).

I got VC Ironhide too cause I had gotten rid of my '07 one, which I wish I hadn't done. I really need to get him again. But LC Ironhide is by far my fave Ironhide so far.

Hey, as a matter of fact, I was, so thanks! Because I'm getting some toy display cabinets made, and I have so little space I find myself having to plan ahead in terms of figures that I wish to display. So those measurements help!

Yes! I'm glad I got him while I could. I'm sure he'll continue to pop up at different stores in the coming months so I may have purchased him a little early. But then again, when RotF Jetfire came out I only spotted him about three times over the short span of a month before he disappeared from stores for good. Sometimes it's better to buy figures as soon as you spot them.

No problem. Glad I could help.

I'm glad he's awesome, my brother and a few pictures convinced me he's the correct scale with Leader Optimus, Voyager Ratchet, and the Deluxe cars....even more reason to get him ^_^
Now I just need to find a way to fit the Voyager guns and I'll be good. Plus, him vs Brawl ( I always assumed they were rivals) will look a bit more...fair.

Does anyone have like, a picture of Leader and ROTF Voyager IronHide with ROTF Leader Prime?
