Desperatly seeking a 5"-6" retro color megs to go with my classic colection.
They dont make one though. I know of the recolored megs that came with universe prime but he sucks! His chest and body are all wrong and he dosent even have a hand.
Plus megs just aint megs without a big honkin fusion cannon on his arm.
Now retro colored voyager megs? Thats a megs to be proud of. Alas he dosent fit into my classics line. Why oh why couldnt they have made him a bit shorter?
There is the cybertronial megs now. He is all the right colors and is to scale, plus he sports the must have fusion cannon. for some reason though he dosent do it for me. I think its because he looks to sleek if that makes any sense. He just donent LOOK like retro megs.
Anyone else wishing for a retro megs to take leadership of their classics collection?

Henkei Megs works for me. And Generation Megs is great too. I think you're being too picky.

Well, there's Titanium War Within, SCF & Revolvtech if not transforming is an option, but the best one in that scale is either the aforementioned Universe Tank or the War For Cybertron.

The only other thing is to wait for the TF: Prime toy to come out this Fall.

I think so, too. ;)

Mine is Classics voyager and it works perfect especially after my little work.

IMO WFC Megatron is the best Megs out at the moment. He is proudly on display with the other cons. Good articulation for those poses and a great whopping cannon on his arm.

but...he's silver, or grey?

Anyway, Henkei version does me just fine, and United looks great too. If you're only worried about robot mode you can take the "wings" off. Alternatively, you might be able to track down Mega SFC or Revoltech Megs. MegaSFC is a bit small, but a prefect representation of the cartoon G1 Megatron and comes with a wee Laserbeak who sits on his arm. Revoltech is more like the Dreamwave version of the character, but again a pretty good representation of his robot mode. If you've got an MP Prime you'll already have alt mode Megs anyway, and there's not any way toys can replicate that transformation sequence properly anyway.

O.K O.K. I thought about you guys saying I was just being picky and so I looked through my options again and what I found makes me one happy decepta-scott!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE that united henki megs. The one with toon accurate colors anyway. I was just under the impression that he was a voyager hence he was voyager size. (8"0 not to mention larger circumfrence) Then I found a review of that megs and it states that he is 5and a half to 6" depending on how you have him posed. Thats great news to me!!
Can someone, ANYONE post a pic of that megs next to any seeker mold and perhaps universe prime and any generations fig please please?? I would be forever in your debt.
If he is to scale Im going to be a bit pissed though. I let one I had been bidding on go at a great price because I lead to believe he was inches larger than generations figures. Ill have to get back on ebay and try to procure one at a decent price again if he is indeed 5"-6". I will be glad to know Ill be getting a megs to assume leadership of my decepticons though. Please help with a pic guys. crosses fingers and waits for pic.....................

Oh man he is alot taller. Maybe I can spread his legs a bit. I love that starscream. I have the henkei version because it was cheaper. I got it loose for 40 and a loose toon color screamer went for 60. I wonder why? Usually its the other way around. All well Thank you guys for helping me.
Have a nice day all. :)
