So ive just recently finished collecting G1 Abominus and ive been very lucky to find these figures in i would say mint condition apart from no weapons and sticker wear and thats easily sorted when i buy the reprolabels for him.

Now buying him in parts i didn't relise what the total cost was coming to and clearly not bothered as long as i was getting parts i needed, i paid £8 for one fist  but anyway the total for this guy has come to is £60 and thats with out new stickers = £10 but like i said this guys condition is as new and as soon as the reprolabels are on he will be pefect and for me money well spent i love him.

So that's a massive £70 that for some could have been spent better else were but this is what i wanted in my collection without buying scuffy cheap versions or KO for the sake of having Abominus.

Anybody else done something similar getting caught up in the hunt and it realy took over me for a couple of weeks i was obsessed! i only.

The only combiner I've put togther in pieces was Defensor. It took a while, but I did it.

All the other combiners I own, I bought them already together cause piecing Defensor together was too much of a pain.

Does Overlord count? Technically, he combines. :P If so, then I'm up to $300 on him, and I still need the Mega-Child part.

Unicron + All X-Dimemsion Mini-cons took awhile.

FansProject Bruticus took awhile to get all the pieces together..

$300 plus on Piranacon when those were selling for that much. I'm not sure what the final tally was for a few reasons.
- Bought some parts from Wheeljack's Lab... received Twin Twist tech specs. Lost maybe $25 on that.
- Bought 4 super nice parts to Seacons (C 9.9999) and then separately bought Nautilator. When I received the Seacons, Nautilator was among the four and not someone else as a result of a seller's error. No hard feelings though. Sold the less minty Nautilator for roughly $35.
- Had an incomplete Snap Trap. Sold that for maybe $50? I got a lot for more for it than I thought it was worth.
- Bought a $40 - $45 Seawing off ebay. Listing said 100% complete. Wasn't. Managed to get $5 back, although the part was worth more than that. Think I paid $10 for it.
- Bought a second Seawing with better stickers, but the plastic had more wear on it. So for now, I'm still using the original Seawing.
- More recently I bought a set of vintage Seawing stickers for $15. Now that I have them, I'm conflicted about applying them!

To do
- Get a better Overbite. Mine's a C8 at best, but it is complete.
- Pick up more paperwork. Card backs and Snaptrap tech specs/ instructions. Not sure when I'll do that.
