I received my Jetwing Prime today but after I opened him I saw he had 2 right handed guns and had a tab on his jet pack installed wrong so the gun cannot clip onto it. I sent BBTS an email about it and asked for an exchange. Now I get to play the waiting game to see what happens.

Yeah they have taken care of me before when I had a bad product, it just sucks that I have to wait that much longer before I get to display him.
