we had better get a US release. im not buying that brick ultra class.

This will probably be the only Optimus Prime mold in the line without an accompanying trailer. Well... there's always hoping.

Here this comes, just as my resistance to collecting Primes is at an all time high... LOL!!

If we got a U.S. release leader I would get it.

Really? A second teaser just slightly less teaserous (I know, not a word) than the first? Takara is starting to be as bad a 3rd party teasers. Just show the figure already.

A US Release leader with a Trailer would be GREAT.

I'd like to see if they can create a toy version of the Trailer that opens up into a proper weapons deck so Prime can have his weapons cache.

Other than that, I hope that they can at least retool the hands for the Leader mold so he can hold more weapons, Mechtech or otherwise. I'd love to be able to pose him facing off against Sentinel, sword and shield in hand!

Analysis of the photo in high resolution suggests the Chrome is back.
It also looks like it's not exactly a straight repaint, the legs are different then the last leader mold.

I just hope this isn't just a DOTM update to Buster Prime that also has the remolded features from the Jetwing version.

Looks like it's got some chrome and silver paint as evidenced by the reflections on the alt mode's fuel tank and headlights.

That shield/hunk of kibble on his left arm looks to be his Mechtech gimmick in the same vein as leader class DOTM BB's backpack. Hopefully, that means the fig's at least a substantial remold, and possibly taking the batteries and rear-wheel covers and turning it into his Mechtech gimmick.

Damn, I might just have to buy this one too.

I hope we get a US release of this too. Butterfl... Ultimate OP definitely is not on my list, for myself.

I dunno. Jet Wing OP is better. The only thing missing from that is a trailer that turns into a proper weapons depot. I can't wait to see better pics of this.

Either that or the striker optimus prime. i missed the rotf leader prime, and it is just so beautiful... er, i mean, ...awesome. but i am not wasting 80 (or 70?) bucks on the ugly butterfly prime. (biggest optimus prime? Try biggest forearms, and chunkiest legs optimus prime)

The paint job and the model better more like that of Buster Prime as I'm also getting Jetwings!!!!!

Here's to hoping for a U.S. release. I would hope that atleast athird-party would make a trailer for him. I'm not looking for Has/Tak to do it....

Exactly ... i may be asking for too much here but... please let there be a [*painted prime with the jetwing and a trailer ... better if it was based on the HFTD voyager ... i dont want to imaging the prices for a leader class of that

I see that the gun stores on the back of the, probably on the shield that would look pretty cool to change up the look, but it would also look kind of stupid cuz its just a bunch cybertronian junk sticking out. I hope I can change that so that it looks normal.

Could we get a clear image of this? Thanks Takara-Tomy. Get on it.
