sooo.. i take my nephew to tru today for his b-day present and he wanted an optimus.they didnt have ultimate prime which is what he wanted so while i was looking for a gift for his sister he grabbed a voyager prime and up we went to pay.

we get to the car and as im starting the car i can see him in the rearview visibly upset so i ask whats wrong and he shows me his prime and at first i dont really notice and then i see it. the gun he's supposed to come with is missing. i figure ok simple mistake when my sister got me jetfire he was missing a tailfin so we went back in to exchange it. they take the figure and we go to the aisle and EVERY SINGLE PRIME at least 16 in all were missing their weapons.

needless to say they apologized and we left to hunt elswhere and i ended up getting him leader ironhide to make up for it. is this something new i mean it wasnt long ago when many were complaining about the inclusion of mech-tech (myself included) but now peole are taking them? this was really frustrating

ok sorry for the rant im good now.

I noticed the same thing at a few tru i went to a few weeks ago. What people are doing is that they are cutting the ties and taking the guns out of the "try me" hole. The optimus weapon is the only one that fits through the hole. I tried it after i bought mine.

Who on earth would steal 16 mechtech guns?

Wait, I know, but I won't go into that.

Seriously, if you want it that badly, then you will pay for it.

Lack of honesty like that pisses me off.
