Who would be up for a DOTM Blaster, from Soundwave?

Yes, I dare ask if anyone would be up for a DOTM Deluxe Blaster, repainted and retooled from Soundwave.

If you've seen DOTM Deluxe Soundwave, you should know how he looks in robot mode and vehicle mode. What if he was repainted Red-Orange, and with a slightly G1-accurate head mold (with, of course, a movie touch to it)? And if his Mech Tech weapon was twin stereo speakers (like the ones he used in Blaster Blues), in which one could transform into a knife, and the two could combine.

Would that be something you would buy? Would that be something you would leave hanging on the shelf? Let's see what you have to say. Reply away with your thoughts.

Thanks!

I don't know if that would work very well, since DOTM Soundwave's design isn't very G1-ish. Personally, I'd rather see a G1-colored Soundwave repaint.

We need a Generations version first mabey a kit bash between Preceptor and Cybertronian Soundwave with a new head?(if ther too lazy) or do the same and make a Soundblaster which could be realy something IMO.

Or what we all would want an awsome new mould for Blaster kicking ass like the rest of the line but with a cassette in his chest !!! please =P~ .

What's a cassette? 8-} I keep hearing about those things... must be before my time.

Anyhow, a Blaster out of a Soundwave? Wouldn't work.

Remember the last time Hasbro thought it would be a good idea?

While it would make sense (and I'd buy a Movie Blaster anyways, regardless) I somehow don't think SoundWave's the right mold for it. I'd rather keep SoundWave relatively unique.

No...
I'd rather see blaster get made out of one of the twins, even better would be, not at all.

I think it would if the Soundwave mold were one that looked enough like G1 Soundwave. After all, Soundwave and Blaster were quite similar looking.

Yes, I agree. If Soundwave looked like Blaster, it would work.

In all honesty though, no I wouldn't want it. I think it's about time Blaster gets his own mold again.

I remember when people were campaigning for Cybertron Soundwave to be repainted into Blaster. Then they got what they wanted and had a fit.
