TFs you regret NOT buying

Has anyone ever had a thing where you find a TF in a shop and decide you don't want it or that it's not worth the money and then regretted it later? I found Classics Ramjet in FP when he was available and opted not to get him because I didn't think he was worth the price, but the more I thought about it the better a figure it seemed. By the time I decided to go back and get him though, he was gone! Now he's so far down my want list it's unlikely I'll ever get him, which is a shame because he's a nice looking figure.
Also on the list are Alternator's Dead End and Titanium Jetfire.

There are quite a few for me:
-Unvierse Galvatron (I know, everyone says he's crap, but I want the character)
-ROTF Mindwipe (I never had much of a chance to get him, though; I think I only saw him once)
-Universe Sideswipe
-Universe Ratchet
-Universe Starscream (I did get him later, but for $30)
-The HFTD two-pack with the ice cream Twins and the Sideways redeco (because I want that Sideways figure, since it has very little red in robot mode)

TF1 2007 Arcee. I had several chances to buy her, but kept giving priority to the figs that appeared in the movie. By time I'd completed my collection of screen-featured figs, she was nowhere to be seen.

If only Hasbro would bring back her 2007 mold as a repaint of something. Unlikely, but there's always a chance, seeing Sidearms Sideways in Topspin colors and a redecoed 2007 deluxe Bumblebee.

Most of AEC. I wish I had had more money at the time.

Now I'm trying to make up for it and buy up what I'm missing.

Lousy Minicons are going to be the end of me.

I regret not getting Shattered Glass Rodimus when he first came out, or the Shadow Scyther set. At the time, SG Rodimus was $80 - 90, and I wasn't used to BotCon secondary prices. I could've got Shadow Scyther during the 1 day it was on preorder, but didn't think I would ever get the correct figure to place in it. The next day, the price tripled on the secondary market.

I'm still on the fence about United Frenzy/Rumble. Paying $33 for the Japanese version of a $12 Deluxe figure is one thing, but paying $55 for two smaller figures... well, it just didn't make sense. Although, who paid about $30/ea for Perfect Effect versions (me). Been hoping that Hasbro would distribute these, but so far no luck. Now, it seems paying $55 is a bargain for the United set. But I still have my reservations.

It may be nostalgia, but some BW stuff when I was a kid. For the most part, I see a toy, I buy it, cause I can afford it now.
Back then, I had very few BW toys. I wish I had more, especially then, and now they're so expensive too. Like Rattrap or Terrorsaur.

Deluxe Bonecrusher. I ended up getting the jungle repaint but I'd much rather have him in the original screen colours. I just know I'll never get around to repainting him.

Well, the three that really come to mind are:

1) Masterpiece Grimlock. I must have seen 40 of these on the shelves at TRU on day, and then at least 20 at a different TRU a week later. By the time I had the cash available, they were all gone in the city, unless I wanted to pay twice the price at some small comics store, which I did not.

2) Masterpiece Starscream. I never had the chance to see him in stores, but I almost got one on Kijiji (as well as a MP Grimlock, both reasonably priced in the $50 range - opened - which is fine because I would have freed them anyway.

3) RTS Windcharger. I was lucky enough to see this guy in stores a few times, and I passed him up because I was a bit tired of scouts at the time. Dumb move! I love everything about that figure, but it's very unlikely that I'll ever find one (cheaply) now!

No regrets really but it does seem a little silly now that I only picked up Fracture/Crasher, Breakaway/Getaway and Big Daddy out of the 07 Walmart deluxes. Had my hands on all the others in store and passed due to them not fitting with an expanded Classics set but there's spots in my collection where they would have fit in nicely.

Optimus1138: You can find Universe Galvatron currently at Rite-Aid. I promise I have seen at least one if not two of these at every single Rite-Aid where I live.

I'd have to say HA Jazz because he probably is the best HA available and I love the way it looks. I even had the money last summer when he started popping up everywhere. He even sat on the shelfs for quite some time (like until Christmas time) and I never took the plunge. :-(

I almost made another mistake recently. I found two Ultimate Optimus Prime's at a local Kmart and deliberated with myself briefly as whether or not to buy it. I fell in love with the thing on sight (it looks so much better in person). Finally talked the wife into letting me get it and boy oh boy am I excited. It has become my favorite transformer toy and I am SO GLAD I went ahead bought it!

I also have a feeling that if I don't buy the Ark I'm going to regret it as well.

Generations Scourge. I've only seen him once, but I needed Microsoft Points for the Escalation Map pack. I doubt I'll ever find him again.

I could have gotten either a 2007 Deluxe Bumblebee or Barricade. REALLY regret buying Legends class bad-cop instead.

No, for that size-class it's a good figure, just Deluxes are far better.
