I know we're so far away from the USA and all those other places where things seem readily available but does anyone know of a retailer in Australia where I can get the following figures?
Voyager Sentinel Prime
The Optimus Prime model kit, the DMK 01
The Blue Wrecker Topspin.
Can't find anything like this where I am in Adelaide.

None of those have been released out here yet.

My bad. That explains it then. haha.
I have the green wrecker but wanted the blue one too. Funny they would ship the green one and not the blue one yet.

Topspin is out in most places, you can find him on eBay, or go to popular sites like bigbadtoystore.com,

I have. But they have more gundams then actual transformers and only have the Takara Tomy stuff. I don't think they stock any movie stuff.

Hey I visited Shin Tokyo in Rundle Mall.
They didn't have the Optimus Prime kit which the guy seemed stumped about as he thought there was one there but I got the kit for Bumblebee which was $79.
Has anyon else bought either of these kits?
The book is all in Japanese but the pictures are easy enough to follow.
Also on the packaging they say it's a dual mode model what doea that mean?

Nothing. its just Japan trying to sound more profound in english

Im guessing it means you can leave it displayed in skeletal mode withought all the armour like a "protoform" ... Well most gundams do that... same as inner frame.

Oh ok now not sure if that picture was meant for me or not
But I'll be picking this up on Tuesday and probably build it during the week.
My first thought when I read the words "dual mode" is that you can build it as the robot or car.

Ooh I will have to check Target out.
Just got home with Bumblebee and OMG open the box and it's like a million parts.....This might take a while.
They don't look as good as the Optimus prime parts. Looks like more of those got paint apps. But I'm not too fussed about that as long as I can build it I'll be happy enough..
Yeah Australia seems to take forever to get stuff. I've been after a Sentinel Prime in either Voyager or leader class for ages and you just can't get them here locally. I thought with the movie out retailers would be wanting to stock stuff like this to cash in.

How hard have you been looking? We haven't gotten Wave 3 Voyagers yet but Leader Class Sentinel Prime was around way before the movie even came out, I even got him at a Big W a week before the toy's release date. You should be able to easily find him at Targets, I know for a fact the Rundel Mall Target has them in stock.

My sig? no its a meme and i put it there not directed at anyone, just thought it was kinda funny.
And yes, i also thought you could build it either mode.. but there was a toy released by takara in 2007 that did that (and failed horribly)

LOL thanks for explaining the pic.
Sounds interesting about that toy why was it a failure?
BTW I opened the box to my Bumblebee kit and OMG I didn't realise it's so SMALL....... Lots and lots of parts, and lots of TINY parts. So out will come the lighted magnifier.. I didn't think he'd be as small as he is. The parts are nowhere near as nice as the parts in the Optimus Prime kit and even that isn't that big, but in his kit the head and all are painted. Not for the Bumblebee kit. I thought they would have done the same but on mine the head is plain grey...
This will probably be my frustration tester for the next few days or however long. I'll be happy if I get the thing built I won't worry about painting. I also have glued a few pieces as the "snap together" construction isn't that strong.

Its wasent really a line... its just prime and bee... both were deluxe class, and ran about $50. You basically get a skeleton, which can transform into protoform, bot, and truck... just snap on earth pieces to form an bot + truck, or protoform parts to form bot+meteor. At least it could accomodate BOTH transformations without parts-forming, but in bot mode and protoform, it's just really kibbly and idealy a rock (literally).
Kibble galore ~

OK I went to Target in Rundle Mall and they only had the leader class Sentinel Prime. I laybyed that.
But what about the smaller Voyager class figure. Has anyone seen them around in Australia, or Adelaide even?

OK Well Ironhide is now in the bin.... That arm now won't even stay on if I press it back onto the mount. The left arm hasn't come off even if I pull quite hard. It's not the ball joint on the shoulder but the mounting inside the body panel where the shoulder is hooked on. I think it was broken from the time I bought that figure...
I'll probably get a replacement.
Hey anyone know if Kreo's are coming to Australia
