Just thought anyone still looking to buy the BBTS Exclusive Piranacon set would like to know that it's on sale for $50.00.

It's also listed on TFSource for $53. I guess it's no longer a BBTS exclusive here in the states. Funny though, the photos TFSource has posted has the "BBTS Exclusive" sticker displayed...

TFSource bought a bunch of the stock at wholesale prices.

The chain flows downward like HLJ -> BBTS -> TFsource

Sure its a BBTS exclusive? it has been here (Asian ToysRus) since last year ... It runs for $57USD here. So much for "exclusive"

When it was released BBTS was the only retailer selling it here in the U.S. hence it being an exclusive to BBTS.

Yeah that kinda makes sense ... But still, not all that "exclusive" when you can buy it at retail elsewhere

In the West it was a BBTS exclusive, much like how Japan has ToyDream exclusives of standard issue US toys.

Yeah its kinda funny how in SE Asia you get access to every TF released. Although the sad part is that regular US releases cost twice as much as they do in the west. And it dosent help that japanese issues have also increased prices drastically since henkei.

I just ordered one from BBTS. I was going to order it from TFsource, but not only is it $3 more there, they also don't offer regular UPS Ground as a shipping option. BBTS will ship UPS Ground for $10, while TFsource's cheapest shipping option is $15 for FedEx. So long story short, I saved $8 at BBTS.

TO anyone on the fence about this, don't be an idiot and not have a nice Piranicon for your collection.

So the shark is a little off color wise, it's really the only thing u notice when side by side with each other and I have both original and reissue.

Just trying to get Piranicon some love here.

Sooner or later these will be all gone and people are going to be going "Man I wish I bought when when I had the chance"

It's only slightly cheaper then buying a G1 version.

Still, I haven't seen complete Seacon set go for $50
