Another repaint of Transformers DOTM Voyager Shockwave has surfaced on eBay. As you can see in the images mirrored from the auction below this redeco features a translucent hose and translucent pieces on his cannon. Unfortunately no robot mode images are available at this time. Better than the last repaint? Take a look at the images below.

Takara version maybe?

Any chance somebody with some Photoshop skills can recolour a pic of a stock Shockwave like the last time a repaint hovered about?

I'm looking at mine and trying to work out what parts are coloured what in robot mode, I obviously have a limited visionary ability... this might actually be worth picking up at retail.... maybe...

Off topic (kinda), what happened to the other grey repaint? Haven't heard anything about it since - did HasTak actually listen to collector feedback for a change?!

That already got release, and Takara's movie figures tend to be the same as the Hasbro versions.

I must agree with a lot of other people.....BRING ON THE PRIME FIGURES!

i kinda like the mix of clear and solid plastics but its still just another repaint from what we can see from the pictures. This is probably going to be part of a 2 or 3 pack or maybe a line like the allspark one from the first movie.

I like the transparent hose but that's about it.

It's too bad that we can't just buy the new colored cannon/hose. Unless I can find it at clearance prices somewhere I'll just have to pass.

I agree. I might pick this up if it is an individual figure, definitely if it is in a three/two pack.

Sex toy Shockwave

Is it wise to make the bendy hose out of translucent plastic? I thought translucent plastic breaks easier.

Yo know, I like the hose, the cannon, and the gneral G1 nods. I like this robot mode more over the original, but I'm not feeling the colors on the vehicle mode. And of the three Shockys we have, my fav is still the colors on the first repaint.

I think I like the other repaint better; I'm not a big fan of the translucent parts.

Looks really cool! But I don't really see what's so bad about the wrong with the last repaint. Makes a really good Movie-verse Galvatron.

It's like they have all the right parts for a really kickass dark purple Shockwave spread across 3 different colour schemes -

I wonder if you got all 3 (or even just this and the other grey repaint that hasn't hit stores yet), with a little reassembly (swapping the translucent hose for the black one would be the easiest first part, for example), would you actually have a dark purple Shockwave thats purple in altmode as well?

This is ALOT better than the purple version.

I think the DOTM toy line generally suck, but this repaint is kinda cool.
