Hey so I picked up this figure about two weeks ago or ...maybe a bit before that and didn't think anything of it, but apparently he's not released in the states yet? So figured I'd post some pictures (4 megapixel lol) and give people a heads up on it.

This is the first starwars transformer I've ever gotten and he was on a top shelf at walmart by himself for around $49.00. He's not a small guy by any means but his anakin form is definately the smallest of the 4 modes he has, he also stands with the help of a "Back skirt" attatched to his backpack. Anakin's voice clips are noteworthy, especially the clip stating "The sith will never transform me"...heh.

The republic cruiser as well as the star destroyer hold up fairly solidly once everything is clicked into place and feels like as if it were a model that wasn't actually hollow, so a decent weight to it for me.

The Vader mode is honestly just Vader with a huge @$$ star destroyer backpack which sucks a bit. The Darth Vader mask halves flip up from either side of his shoulders and close around the figure's head which is pretty neat, and the voice clips are essentially right from the movies (Which I love, despite not being a hardcore starwars buff). As well as of course another nod to the transformers with the quotes; "Release your anger, and complete your transformation" and "If he could be transformed, he would be a powerful ally." Lastly on voice clips, the classic darth vader breathing, love it.

Another thing to note, In darth vader mode this thing can't stand to save it's life, no freaking way in hell. The front of the Star destroyer clips together well and is able to be held as a shield which is nice, however the republic cruisers don't connect to eachother for $|-|17. and won't make vader's dual blaster very sturdilly, took me a good 15 minutes to set those pictures up because the connecting points don't stick together, and ontop of that trying to clip them to the arm forces them to seperate, was a nightmare for me.

Lastly, ignore shockwave in the background and blurr trying to get seductive.

Republic Cruiser with animated blurr size comparison (Only animated I have and figured a large deluxe would give people a decent idea of scale).

There's just too much Blurr to handle. Really cool SW toy.

I have to say, this must be the first toy in this line that I'm fairly interested in. Thanks for the pics.
