That can't be Right!!!! Ebay wins and silly prices!

Hi Folks

Thought i'd set up a thread in regards to stuff you find on ebay, either win's or stuff that just seems to go for silly prices...

So to start with i just won the following (will add links later, at work atm)

HFTD- Sea Spray & Ratchet (white version, neither in box) £9 including shipping!
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 1439.l2649
+
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 1439.l2649

from same buyer so combined postage

ANIMATED- Prime, starscream, wreckgar, BB, Prowl and ratchet for £10 (none of them in box, but auction states all weapons and instructions included. unfortunatly £16 for postage, but think thats why i got them so cheap, and really wanted Wreckgar!)

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 1439.l2649

So folks, has anyone else had some good wins on Ebay, or seen some outrageous prices on TF's?

Best bargain I can think of is RiD Omega Prime (Ultra Magnus and Optimus Prime) mint and complete in opened boxes with original working batteries for £40 total. That's half the original price!

I think the best deals I ever got were Deluxe Ratchet for $25 and a HFTD Seaspray for $5 MISB. I also was lucky enough to get a Wreck-Gar for 6.99 at Marshalls, and some cool guy from Britian traded me a RTS Windchager for a Gen Thunderwing. Those are the ones right off the top of my head. I am a bargain shopper and also, sometimes I am just in the right place at the right time.

Is primus a hard to find figure now? i got mine at toys'r'us about 3-5 year ago for £25, along with giant starscream for the same price...

Gonna have to keep em safe i guess, but he does go with old unicron so well :P

A while ago I got a MISB SkyGarry in a near flawless box for about 120$ including shipping. Never seen one that cheap. I was (and still am) very happy with that one.

A large 'warehouse find' of cases with MISB Sky Garry's, last year, greatly increased the ready supply of MISB Sky Garry's. Some would say the sudden large influx of MISB Sky Garry's ruined the market.

For example, I know BBTS were selling these at $200, that for a Transformer which previously had commanded prices of up to $400 - $500. Other online TF-retailers had comparable pricing, so $120 is still an excellent price, though!

I haven't been fairing too well on Ebay these days. Not getting great deals but not getting ripped off either.
I won this guy this morning. $40 is what i paid shipped. Twice as much as what i wanted to pay but some bidders snuck in under the radar while i was sleeping.

I think it's pretty cool and unusual though and i'm stoked to get em in my hands.
A special promo transforming 80's cherry coke can.

@monstergrotosque

I agree with you bro', I really hate it when someone sneaks in a bid when you need a shut eye!

I recently scored a complete and from the description, a really great condition loose G1 Countdown set at US$ 39.00 (but someone attempted a one click bid on me) :-x :-x

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/270835914436? ... 1438.l2649

And at the other end of the scale i missed out on these, even though i thought they'd sell for alot more!
