I'd thought I would share my experience at obtaining this great figure before it becomes hard to get for anyone. MOST (if not ALL) Target locations have this figure in stock in their back room. Not sure how long they've had it. I DO know it currently does NOT have a shelf location, which is why most stores have it still in the back room, waiting for the next reset.

1. Simply go into the Target, if you want to make it easy for the employees, go look in the Transformers section, if the figure is NOT there then it is in the back.

2. Goto customer service desk and give them this DPCI(or it's DCPI I forget) number: 087-06-1666. They will have someone bring it up for you, or you can go meet them.

3. If you are given any trouble, either try another store or call the customer service number 1-800-440-0680 and complain about it.


For giving out this information I require someone tell me an easy way to obtain HA Roadbuster and/or Mudflap. Thank you.

I do agree, and I'm sorry for posting again. However, I know many people on this forum do not wish to read through 8 pages of replies to figure out how easy it is to actually get this figure.

I understand. I sometimes feel this way as well.

I'll have to give this a try on my next trip to Target, thanks for the info.

IT WORKED!!!! I just got back from my local Target. They were in the back. Only two the lady said, still in case, and she said they weren't supposed to display them until September (for those still looking, this may be why they aren't on the shelves yet). Oh happy day! Thanks for the input!!

I have to agree about possibly having a display date. In my area, it seems that the person before me and then myself the next day only got the figure because we knew to ask someone and had the stock number for it.

It may not be a "do not sell until XX/XX/XXXX" because obviously they are selling them, but may have more to do with some sort of planogram. It's hard for me to rationalize that, because they do have other HA figures out, so why can't they just put Leadfoot with them?

Anyways, conspiracy or not, those who are following the boards should be able to get the figure.

I tried this at three different Targets today with no luck whatsoever. Two of the stores all of the employees recgognise me and dislike me and for some reason were no help at all. I suspect that they just went in back and had a quick break.

If anyone can find an extra one and is willing to middleman it for me send a message my way. Going on the hunt just doesn't hold the same appeal it used to.

They are not with the other HA figures because they are a different recept code from the other ones, the others are I THINK 087-06-2312. It is a planogram deal, they will be out with their holiday reset which will probably be in September.

Call the customer service number for Target and report them. Target has some pretty strict customer service guidelines, but only do that after you find out it is for sure in stock. By doing what Kibble said:

I'd recommend calling the store first, giving them the number (087-06-1666) over the phone. After they tell you yes, request them to hold one up in customer service. (Say like you didn't see any back in the toys or something when you checked previously.) You'll get one from them eventually if they really do have some.

15 min. before closing I gave an employee the number. I had no problems. It went so smooth that he ask me how many did I want. They had 12 in the back with no shelf location. Thanks for the tip!

My Target actually had them on the shelves. Extremely disappointed with him. Save yourself $30...

Shows my local stores have them available. I'll have to do this then. I still need a Roadbuster too. Haven't seen him yet either.

I picked mine up at a Target in NJ. They had him in the back still in the case. I hope they make a weaponized version of him and Top Spin like they did Roadbuster. RB is pretty cool looking this way.

So to follow up, I did this. Got one for me and one for a Canadian friend. Opened him today and I hate him. Worst TF I've bought in years. LOL. Seriously, I hate him.

I watched a video review for him and glad I did. Was pretty apparent he was a piece of ****. Oh well...$60-90 saved, depending on if the do the last one. If they skip him, makes it even a better decision to skip. Although I could see these receiving major clearance cuts...might get sucked back in if they get down to 75% off or so.
