what are the stickers for? I know the silver ones go on the arms to make it look more like the G1 toy but the Decepticon & extra Autobot sticker i have no clue. Also has anyone noticed that the box says the big matrix can fit in the chest? I call that false advertising.

They were well hidden in the box. I almost missed them.

Maybe the faction symbols are just there ... for fun?

A matrix fits in his chest, the one that's already in it. Not the large extra one in the package. The stickers are just a nice extra.

The stickers are largely unnecessary. I don't think they would look good on the figure.

Yeah but if you look at the box it shows the big matrix not the small one thats already in the chest, thats false advertising. Has anyone put the silver stickers on the arms? im curious to see what it would look like but dont want to risk ruining the figure or the stickers if it looks like crap.

I have asked this question in the past. The best I can come up with is that the arrowed stickers are for his arms. Im sure the G1 figure has the same designs on his arms that he does on his legs. They left them off as they would spoil the alt mode. But what the Decepticon logos are for I have no idea.

I...guess. The box says "Matrix of Leadership fits in chest". It doesn't specify which or even which figure it fits into. Technically speaking, the argument for or against false advertising is kinda moot if you consider the wording is weird all around. I'm not really understanding why it's a big deal anyway. You're getting an extra (nicer, IMO) matrix as well as one that is more suited to Rodimus and fits in his chest. For me, this is the fourth version of that matrix mold I'll own. It's just more crap to store at this point. From a personal standpoint, I wish it'd been left out altogether.

I've seen a youtube video of one with the stickers on. Looks okay in robot mode but terrible in vehicle mode because the stickers end up on top of the fenders. I wouldn't recommend doing it.

I've got a question about the figure too. I didn't pay much attention to the original release so if it's been answered sorry for for my ignorance. Does anyone know why there is what looks like the car interior detailing on the inside of his crotch plate? It goes on the underside on his alt mode so I don't think it's for the space winnebago mode.

I believe they molded it that way as an homage to his cartoon transformation scheme. Serves no practical purpose, but it's a fun little nod.

I figured it was something like that, but I didn't know for sure, thanks.

Haha, go watch Transformers The Movie (1986)...I think he transforms at least 3 different ways during the movie. The animation people didn't even know what way he was supposed to transform!
