I need to know this, I mean, if he does, then I actually might muy the damn thing! But if he doesn't, well, IDK Where I stand. If you could upload photos, that would be EXCELLENT! I don't need him to fit PERFECTLY, As long as he does fit in. That's all I need to know.

PS. I know I already uploaded this in General Discussion, But no-one answered it, and it was the wrong place.

So my question is:

My guess would be no, the Ultimate OP armor has pegs and slots that are designed specifically for that Optimus figure. Even if you can cram the BB Optimus into the armor it will not fit flush with those pegs and slots.

But how well CAN it fit is what I'm asking. I own BB Prime, but not the ultimate prime, wich is why I need someone who has BOTH to test it and tell me the results! Please? Anyone?

Ok...over all..... yes and no.

You can get him to "fit" but he is not really poseable other then the hands out and thats about it.
His back is too wide really. I removed BB Primes guns, tucked his hands in, and bent his feet down to get it where I did.

He is however to wide to straddle the middle like he should. But....I made it so the arms of BB prime could fit into the arms of the armor suit. So his legs were barely in the leg base at all. Also the middle part which locks into the lower "abdomen" of Ultimate Prime will not close w/ BB prime so it looks off when he is in there. Also BB prime is a good 1.5 - 2 inches shorter too. I took comparison pics and Ultimate Prime's back I left mis-transformed so you can see how it looks when it sits inside of the armor suit. Folds up more then BB prime does.

P.S.

The "abdomen part" of the armor suit could perhaps fit if you remove the hip wheels of BB Optimus, but I'm not sure that would be enough to get it to lock into place.

Bottom line, if you think you like Ultimate Optimus Prime.......get it. I enjoy mine.

Hey dude, you CAN Pop them off the pegs and rotate the whole wheel assembly up into the sides of the body. I don't have the figure on me a the moment, so I can't take pictures, but what you do is
A. Pop the bottom wheel pegs out of the legs, Wich I do anyway, adds to posability.
B. Rotate them UPWARD so tha the wheels are sitting against the body, so his legs actually look streamlined and they are wheel-less, like Ultimate OP.
Would the abdomen thing work then?

It closes a little bit more, but not a lot. He leans forward a lot. and if you move the armor suit's arms, you have to move BB Primes arms back into place.

Look at the 3rd pic of just the 2 primes. Look at there waistline and Ultimate Primes a little thinner while BB prime has a lot of back kibble that is just keeping it from fitting right.

If you have a second BB prime, you could remove all that back kibble and it would probably fit.
But you can see the thinner part of Ultimate prime is where they slide in and fit snug.

I'm sure someone who is decent at kitbashing could do it quite nicely, but I only have 1 BB prime and don't trust myself.
