missing pieces

I'm sure this has been brought up many a time before but i'mma bring it up again tonight. Missing pieces outta brand new figures.
Tonight this thread is inspired by Exgraver. Missing the bloody thumb from the get go. I'm hoping bbts is kind enough to send me a replacement piece.

They will, my first City Commander was missing the black connector piece that allows the trailer to connect Ultra Magnus and they had me a new one in two days. They will most likely must pop off the thumb and mail it to you.

I think they would change one from you. I had a missing piece of windscreen from cyberfire bb.Went back to the shop and they changed him from me.
It usually has to do with the shop though, As my HFTD Battle Ops BB has one missing knee cap and the shop refuses to change one for me saying that the toy is fresh out of the box..
