Hi guys. I bought these three things and have no idea what they are. I basically turned into a raccoon briefly this afternoon, thought "Oo, sparkly" and bought them. I know the flying wolf is Silverbolt, but other than that I have no clue where to start looking, especially on those blue plastic robot chunklets.

Thanks for your help in advance.

(possibly one under "Variations") ^^

The rubber guys are either from Japanese line 'Beast Wars Neo' or 'Beast Wars Second'.

Yup, that looks to be a Rampage and Silverbolt set then. What's Powerhug, besides the cutest name for a Transformer I've ever heard? :D

As for the rubber guys, it seems they're from Beast Wars second...

It's kind of hard to see them in the pic, so use this to name away!

Can't seem to find the blue rubber guys from that link, maybe I'm not looking at the right things. The lion is a Flash Lio Convoy though, so much for his nickname of "Glitterkitty."

As a collecting newb, considering that what I do know about Transformers could fill a thimble there's a good chance of that occurring every time something Transformer catches my eye.

Sparkly kittybot lured me in, but the fat translucent plastic Transformer troll dolls cinched the sale. Plus there was the added allure of ultra cheapness.

I'm not sure what you paid, but I'd say the Rampage/Silverbolt is worth about $45, LioConvoy about $25, and I'm not sure about the others but probably not much.

It was under $20 for the whole group, so I'm content. LioConvoy and those bizarre rubber toys were factory sealed still too. :D Thanks for the financial run-down though, I appreciate the ballparks.

Yeah, those are the Japanese Beast Wars Rampage vs Silverbolt set en the exclusive "Flash attack" Lio Convoy (The character sparkles in the cartoon when he runs into action). There is also a regular and a black Lio Convoy.

The figures are decoys, similar to the old G1 Decoys from the 80's. Just like those decoys, in Japan these decoys are actually also a expension pack for the Beast Wars II board game.

You got that whole set for under $20? Wow... I'm jealous. It puts my getting Rampage for $5 recently to shame.

Not sure if you've already, or have any plans to, free them from their cardboard and plastic prisons, but they are VERY cool figures. Lio Convoy is a pretty good Prime mold, with some neat features. Rampage is just sheer awesomeness, in my book. A pretty good likeness of a cool characters with TONS of playability. Word of warning, though... getting him into his tank mode, if I recall correctly, is maddening.

I was considering keeping and freeing all of the figures, (especially LioConvoy because I have a special place in my heart for catbots) but not the plastic chunk guys. I'd prefer to keep them in animal mode, but if I need anything transformed, I'll just ask my ex to do it.

Rampage definitely needs to be freed. He's still one of my favorite Transmetal figures.

Wow, were my eyes far off thinking the sparkly Lio was the japanese Retrax repaint.

Being tired and posting on the internet. Bad mix.

But that produces some of the best posts on the internet as well.
