Has anyone had problems with the DOTM Voyager Ironhide?
On mine whenever you try to transform him the right arm always falls off and the attachment point won't hold it properly....

My problem is that no one has offered to buy mine off of me.

But, no, no mechanical issues with him. I just like the 2007 version better.

bumpers pieces pop off during transform, and he seems to be made of a lower grade plastic than usual- a little chip in rear bumper where it pegs to the leg; I like the actual transformation

Mine has a loose left arm. The mech tech gun has to go on the right.

Mine had a loose shoulder pin that caused the arm to detached in a semi permanent fashion. I had to superglue the pin back in so the ball joint section would stay attached to him. It's really a shoddy design. His arms ruin a good figure.

Is that the pins inside the body panels of the car where the shoulders sit? That's the problem I had only it was the right arm and the slightest touch had it falling off .

Sounds like the same problem to me. The pin itself is an awful mix of a push in pin and a screw. It's sort of threaded but has no screw head on it. It's utter crap. Put some glue in where the pin sits, slide the pin back thru the round shoulder ball joint and reattach. Mine hasn't come back off yet, I'm just mindful his shoulders suck.

On mine when the whole arm comes off there's a black thing on the inside of the body, kind of hard to describe but round with a bar going through it and a matching hole on the shoulder. Is that what you mean? I'll fish it out of the bin later and have a loook
