I Noticed more than one Sililarity between these figures! Iv'e made an easy to use Color key, wich is sloppaly made, sure, but you get used to it. they are ALOT ALIKE, and I think a Customizer can Benefit from this too. Thoughts on this Crazy Aknowledgment of mine?
EDIT: Click the pic to see FULL Detail, there is alot of It to see.

To be perfectly honest I think it's a bit of a stretch.

I can see it. It probably wasn't intentional on Hasbro's part, but there are some similarities. In the hands of a good customizer it could be done up pretty well.

Believe you me, it's the little things that make all the difference! Tankor and lugnut have a very same type of head, and claws! Predator and Crankcase have been covered 1,001 times, GI JOE And the giant claw thing with laserbeak also, and I covered Mirage and Cyberspawn 2, but you just notice these things!

I'm all about Stretches! But it's not always about the EXACT SAME Similarities. Some are easy to spot, while others take some doing...

Saw in right hand, combustion rifle in the other, new paint and BLAMO! You got yourself a movieverse Crosswise! Like I said

I think you're looking too much into this. >:oP

Sure, some design elements are the same, but only because they're used to facilitate the creation of a figure. Some parts have become standard and function as a backbone to build the rest of the figure from. Figures like Crankcase have elements that are deliberate throwbacks to other franchises, and those are much more fun to spot and to create.
