Would you buy Re-imagined new updated homage TF toys of previous toy lines,if hasbro airs older TF cartoons series on the Hub Network.

Please lets make this thread super fun & awesome. lets all try to list a few re-imagined updated Transformers toys from 1996 thru 2011 that appeared in TF cartoons series & we'd like to see better toys of. whether they have more poseability, more better size scale,higher/better designsculpt.

Similar to what Hasbro & Takara did with the live action movies. by doing re-imagined new toy molds based off the CGI designs of the robots in the 3 live action TF movies.

Imagine if Hasbro aired a few older/previous TF cartoons series on the hub. would you like newer updated homage re-imagined toy molds? Examples: (1) lets say Hasbro airs Rid/Robots in disguise on the hub network in 2012. would you like 10 re-imagined newer updated toy molds.
Like a leader sized RID 6/10 changer Megatron toy.(2) a voyager sized optimus prime that transforms into from a one piece fire truck into a robot mode without breaking apart in puzzle pieces.(3) a voyager sized Rid ultra magnus that has a more G-1 styled alt mode & transforms into a robot mode. both voyager of optimus prime & ultra magnus would combine in energon 2-in-1 shirts/pants styles, would ultra magnus braking up into a dozen armor pieces. the combined mode would be leader sized. (4) A few of the spychangers would get new molds in the basic or deluxe size level. (5) A few of the trio of car bots bros would get new deluxe molds or maybe $29.99 human allegiance toys like sideburn. (6)maybe do a few repaints & give Rid Ruination the energon 5-in-1 molds, with a new swindle basic & a new space shuttle basic. (7) a new voyager mold for the shark/bot skybyte. (8) 3 deluxe new molds for the 3 train bots that combine to form a gestalt.

Do the same exact thing with beastwars, beastmachines, armada, energon, cybertron, animated. if they air on the hub network. pick 10 characters from each TF cartoon series & do updated homage re-imagined toy mold in different size levels like basics, deluxes, voyagers, ultra's & leader sizes. I suspose we can finally get some toys in proper size scale & more poseabilty like those armada toys didn't have. A few random examples: a Energon Rodimus that is voyager sized & combines with other 2-in-1 pants/shirts transformers like jetfire, ironhide & cliffjumper. a armada leader sized optimus prime that is super poseable in regular & combined robot modes. a super poseable armada megatron & starscream. a super poseable armada tidalwave. a poseable armada devestator. a super poseable energon wingsabre. a armada hotshot done in the $29.99 HUMAN allegiance toy treatment. a better stream lined less kibbled beastwars voyager sized TM2 Megatron toys.

This already happened in the Universe line with Cheetor,Dinobot and Hotshot. If they gonna new versions of other series ,classics seems the better toyline to do this.
I think would be hard make every single mold new though.

I never said every character deserves a new updated mold. I only wanted 10 characters from each different TF cartoon series to get new molds. preferrably in different TF toy size classes.

Yes,I realize their sorta doing this for the generation one cartoon that airs on the hub.

Obviously the 10 re-imgined new molds for each different TF cartoon series airing on the hub,A perfect TF toy line would be to place them in the generations TF toy line.

As it's been proven TF toy lines with small assortment don't sell well on their own. nor do stores feel comfortable ordering in high volume units. examples: Alternators & titanium 6 inch TF toys.

so many of the post BW stuff is pretty good as it is.
The reimagining of cheetor and dinobot actually have less accurate transformations. Hasbro also decided to give dinobot a new color scheme.
I'm down for a few more, but, for the most part, no. RiD toys redone? They're pretty good as they are.

The re-showing of old shows wouldn't influence me for two reasons:
- They're all available of youtube
- G1 and AEC are all pretty awful.

If the toy is good I'll consider it but what they show on TV wouldn't influence me, even if I had a TV.

I doubt they would re-make a whole line of say... armada ... since armada is a re-imagined G1. Re-imagineception?

I don't see hasbro doing this ... why would they re-make toys they already have? especially for a whole rather recent series (in comparison to G1).
But i rather they re-show RID and cybertron, and re-issue the toys. Would love to get some "original" RIDs and cybetrons like rail racer, and cybertron prime. ;)

I'll buy any figures that are cool. It doesn't matter whether or not they show the 22-minute advertisements on TV.

That's a great idea. I would love to get a ruination and railracer.

I would just love to see Scout versions of Armada Sideswipe, Energon Hot Shot, Energon Prowl, Cybertron Blurr, the Spychangers and Classics Rodimus. Oh and Movie Breakaway/Getaway.

If they created a deluxe Airazor and Terrorsaur to fit in scale better with their respective brethren, that would be awesome but I don't expect that to ever happen.

I figure as time goes on, we will see more updates and homages because I don't see HasTak doing away with the Universe/Classics/Henkei/United/Reveal the Shield/Generations (or whatever the heck they decide to call it next :P) any time soon which means we'll see more repaints/re-releases of figures from past lines as well as new molds for classic characters from G1 and other pre-movie lines. They might even start doing some of the movie characters in said line (whatever it's to be called next) a year or so after the last movie figs are released.

I'd love to buy some reimaged figures that would mesh with the Generations style of figures! Armada Demolishor, Beast Machines Tankor, Armada Overload. There's more to the TF universe than G1, and I'd love to see more of it on my shelves.

I'd get behind two characters from each series in a 30th Anniversary two pack style, just not the Optimus and Megatron. Rhinox & Tarantulas or Silverbolt & Blackarachnia for Beast Wars, Nightscream & Tankor from Beast Machines, Ultra Magnus & Scourge from RiD, Hot Shot & Starscream from Armada. I don't think Energon and Cybertron really need any new figures but there are plenty I want to see from Animated. Wingblade Optimus, Brawn (from Soundwave), Ironhide (earth mode) & Hot Shot are all Autobots I'd snap up in a second but I'd settle for Cliffjumper and Wasp repaints of the Bumblebee mold.

If they redubbed the Japanese G1 trilogy, headmasters, victory, and Masterforce of did an english version of Beastwars japan I'd be in for new toys!
