I was fiddling with my Darkside Optimus, and realized he has really nice knee guards that I never saw in pictures, or in the instructions, or videos. I am adding pics to show what I mean. I am sure others may know this, but since I never see pics or videos with his knee guards up I figured I would post this. This applies to any versions of this mold too.

Those aren't knee guards. They're his tail lights for vehicle mode.

I know they are his tail lights in Alt mode...lol...
What I am saying is I prefer using them as knee guards in Bot mode. IMO It makes his legs look more uniform. Thanks for trying to be helpful though.

And here I was thinking I missed something in his transformation. Still a good idea.

On the standard WFC Optimus doing it leaves the legs looking hollow and lacking but on Scourge (that's what I call him) it looks good.

I prefer the knee guards flush in the little notches, but by all means keep em up. The pictures I've seen have him with his shoulders at a 50ish degree angle, kinda slouched. I prefer to have his shoulders at a 90-degree angle. It makes him look more heroic or robust.

To each his own. Hell, you bought it. Do whatever the hell you want with it :D
