It is our regret that Seibertron.com was unable to attend the New York Comic Con this year, but that's not stopping us from bringing you the news!

It is Hasbro's first showing at this event and it looks like they are not appearing empty handed. Our friends at TFW2005 have posted some comprehensive galleries of Hasbro's previews to date. Keep in mind that this is only the first day of the Convention, and there will be much more news and reveals as the week goes on, culminating in the Hasbro Transformers Brand Panel on Saturday at 12:15pm-1:15pm and the Transformers Prime Panel on Sunday at 11:00am-12:00pm, Eastern Time of course.

Hasbro started the event BEFORE the convention even began, with a preview night. Here was shown many new Cyberverse figures for the upcoming Transformers Prime line, along with a smattering of (already seen) DOTM figures to round out the showcase. These figures are by far the most detailed and advanced that the Cyberverse line has seen, including weapons. What stole the show though was the first of (many, I'm sure) the Cyberverse Prime Playsets: Wheeljack's ship! If this is only the preview, imagine what we'll see as the week goes on! TFW's full gallery can be seen here.

Next up is further, more in-depth images of the NYCC two-pack of Taxi-Cab Bumblebee and G1-Colours Arcee! Stay tuned for Seibertron's own Hi-Def galleries of these figures, but for the mean time you can see the rest of the gallery here.

Finally, we can show you some images of the Transformers cross-merchandise that Hasbro has brought in the form of a Nerf Barricade pistol decorated with G1 Bumblebee's image and Autobot insignia and Cuponk; a version of the classics Cup and Ball game. The full galleries can be seen here.

Seibertron.com will keep bringing you the news at it appears from NYCC!

im liking most of the tf prime figures except for bb and arcee. bb just looks way to skeletal and arcee is too bulky compared to the cartoon for me. megatron, starscream, and bulkhead look cool though although i dont think ill ever truly like the tf prime starsceam with those rocky horror high heels he has.

It's kind of funny, but the Jack and Raphael figures remind me of stages in my life where I looked a bit similar to each of those guys... weird.

I like the pink Arcee exclusive. Lookin' good.

I am somewhat dissapointed that Miko wasn't included in this set, or made available elsewhere. If they're gonna show off the humans, they may as well do all 3 of them.

It looks like Wheeljack's ship has the light up feature which can be used with the commander figures featuring clear plastic.

The highly anticipated Transformers Dark of the Moon Deluxes Soundwave and Wheeljack are on display at NYCC. Hasbro presented the figures during a slide show at SDCC, but now the actual figures are on display for the world to see. The figures are part of DOTM Deluxe wave 6, which is scheduled to hit shelves in December. Our fellow Transformers enthusiasts over on TFW2005 have posted images of the figures on display, click here to view their post and see the figures in vehicle mode.

I'm loving all the new TF Prime stuff coming out. I only hope and pray that this is not going to be repeat of the TFA debacle, where many of us fell in love with the show and it's accompanying toys, only to have the rug pulled out from under us before it's time. (I know that there are those here that see that as a good thing, but I speak only for those of us who DID like TFA).

It would be a shame to invest so much in a series that just gets put down in it's prime.

Oops, looks like I just created a pun! 8-}

Not liking either of there. Soundwave's head looks too big, and Wheeljack/Que's just...

True, but the place card has him labeled as WJ.

both look like crap, soundwave has to much kibble the mold itself is just bad but the head is the worst part & wheeljack/que looks like he'll break as soon as you touch it and just looks uninspired. It feels like hasbro is just rushing DOTM stuff out instead of sitting down for a while & trying to make it good. Still say DOTM is the worst line in TF history both concept & quality wise.

ok i never liked soundwave being a silver car to begin with, and now his figure has the whole roof and hood on his back, with no effort to hide any of it. que, looks ok and i actually dig that he's rockin the clip system, probably still wont get him. the Prime figures are what im looking forward to, i may just stick to the basics though, i dont exactly have any disply room left anymore :(

Wheeljack looks pretty good. I like his weapon. Assuming it has the right kind of peg, I might give it to my Voyager Ratchet. As for Soundwave, he looks great in vehicle mode, and he'd probably look good in robot mode if he were transformed correctly, but why does he have no silver paint? He'd be far better with silver paint! I honestly wouldn't mind if Hasbro got rid of all his other paint apps just so he could be all silver in vehicle mode. I suppose I'll have to use my silver Sharpie on him, which I don't want to do. The thing I hate most by far about the DOTM line is the all around crappy, minimal paint jobs.

how 'bout this.. instead of getting rid of his other paint apps.. WHY DON'T WE GET RID OF ALL OF THE poopy BUMBLEBEE REPAINTS and give soundwave a silver paint job lol. i bet that would make sense to mostly everyone else in the world except for hasbro apparently.

and i agree que looks great. i really like that color blue. it seems nice and rich.

Um hmm Que looks much better now. Uhm (oh dear) It looks like My Maxwell's Silver Hammer Custom may now be H.A Soundwave not deluxe Soundwave. What do you who customize think?

This explains why I couldn't find any info on a "Q" character. Actually have been looking forward to this figure...both of them now.

deluxe soundwave, in this picture at least, reminds me of TFA Blurr.
