I just recently got a Voyager shockwave and his right arm (where the fusion cannon is) keeps on falling off.

Does anyone know how I could help prevent it?

I was looking at mine to see if I could offer any ideas to help, but seems like they attach with a round slotted peg at 2 points, and if that is where yours is having the problem, I can't think of a real fix.
Maybe if you could post some clear pics of the problem area.

If you still have the receipt maybe your best bet is to try to exchange him if you can.

Mine is like that. My suggestions:
1) be careful when turning the joint
2) superglue trick on the black part to stiffen it, but it'll probably mean it still pops off and is harder to put back
3) glue a strip of plastic over the hole to block it in.

Really? Sorry....... :-( Guess I can check if he has hands or feet but can't check if he has loose joints.

Back to topic, if you can exchange it, just exchange it. But the next one might have same problem. Otherwise, I also suggest Mykltron's #2 option to fix it.
