Issues with TFPrime NYCC Exclusive Set?

I was sitting here tonight playing around with my Arcee figure a bit today. I had her originally in robot mode and I wanted to transform her into motorcycle mode. I was following the instructions exactly, before I noticed that her ankle is just hanging there! It broke! How do I go about getting this defected toy replaced? I really want the set, it really is a nice set - but with a defective Arcee; it's just not worth it. Has anyone else had issues with this set?

Contact Hasbro toy shop. The link to the instructions for a return is at the bottom of the homepage. They are still in stock so you shouldn't have a whole lot of trouble getting a replacement.

Awesome. I hope they are still in stock. I emailed them tonight, so hopefully I will get a response before the time I wake up tomorrow.

You might want to consider ordering another set from hasbro toy shop while they are in stock before you send them anything. That way you can just return the defective one for a refund based on that purchase.

Hasbro's policy is that they will send you something of equal value and if these run out of stock before they process a replacement for the exact figure then you'll be out of luck.

Yes, you DEFINITELY want to do what he said. Even if they have Arcee in stock there's no guarantee they'll send you the same figure.

your having better luck then I am. My set arrivd 3 days early, and got delivered, but not to me. Only found out today where they dropped it off at. a non english speaking trailor park on the other end of town. theyve had it since friday, and dont seem to be returning it, and not answering the door. Im waiting now fo a hasbro rep to contact me back after they talk with fedex :sad:
