Whats wrong with my skyhammer!?

I Finaly picked up DOTM Skyhammer. Everything checked out in bot' mode, But when the transformation began, I was shocked at just how many QC Issues this guy has! The chest piece under the rotor will NOT TURN! The little bits on his shoulders you move to reveal his head are very fragile, (Already forming stress marks) And his mech tech locking system is very fidgety, and it just is rotors wont go upwards anymore. it went up once, and won't go again. Is everyone else having at least one of these issues? Or is it just me? What say you?

Exchange it and move on. These QC threads are getting a bit old. >:oP

I'm not saying to be all high and mighty, mind you. In fact, mine has a QC problem as well: a missing screw in his MechTech Weapon. I'm not bothered by it, still holds together.

Followed the instructions step by step.His chest turns, but it takes all my might just to do so...

the chest will not turn if the rotor is in up position; you need to push the rotor in in order to turn the chest piece
instructions actually show the rotor being removed, and that's not accurate

Other way around, dude: pulling the rotor up unlocks the chest piece.

Not with skyhammer, but my ROTF payload has two LEFT upper legs!!! and my deluxe DOTM Ratchet came with a loose arm because of a bent pin that did not go trough all of the articulation, my Cranckase's ball joints are so loose that he can´t even stand up :P...

I must be lucky, no qc issues on mine, no stretch marks or any clearance issues either
