FC Toys has posted many new images of the Dropkick deluxe Decepticon figure, another character who - despite not being in the film - will join the ever-growing Transformers Universe in the new Transformers Movie video game based on this summer's live-action movie.

Interesting to note that the images of the back of Dropkick's packaging gives us a good look at 'Recon Barricade' a repaint of the Decepticon police car.

As the FC Toys website is currently experiencing surver problems, the images have been mirrored in nemo's thread over at TFW2005 here.

Is Payload a Swindle repaint? Sorry if that's a stupid question.

no not a repaint but he's another videogame cannon fodder character.

Does Final Battle Jazz come with a different weapon? It doesn't look like the sword in that pic.

Payload transforms into an armored car, along the lines of a SWAT team transport van. He has the same head as Swindle, since he (and Dreadwing) are some of the Decepticon drones in the game...

As for Dropkick, I must say I adore that design. He really looks complex and imposing, that head design is cool and the colours work very nicely. It's a shame all these cool figures couldn't actually be in the movie, like Wreckage, Longarm and Dropkick...

Love that symbol from above pic. Not bad repaints of the figures. Will more than likely pick them up.

A realistically sculpted truck bed under the removable bed cover... WOW!

I give Hasbro a "tip of the hat" for that.

But I give a "wag of the finger" for making his robot mode look too much like Energon Prime.

I may have found my first two movie figures. I was gonna skip the whole line. But Longarm and Dropkick are awsome. I may have to buy.

Don't feel bad, since they aren't actually 'movie' characters. :PEACE:

I meant movie toy line. They are more traditional than the other actual movie figs.

I have to agree. This one looks pretty good. I am annoyed that so many of these characters seem to have melee weapons or cannons that are part of them, like this guy's claw and Swindle's chest thing. I just hope he can hold a regular gun...

I want him. I like thw giant D-Con symbol on his hood and part of the roof. Barricade looks ugly in the pic. Ill wait to see the real figures but at this point i dont want him.

Wow, Dropkick reminds me of Beast Wars Ironhide, and it just looks fantastic. Recon Barricade looks awesome too, same with Longarm. And i'm still wondering what in the world Jazz is holding.

An emo Decepticon? I never thought I'd live long enough to see this...not that I wanted to. But sweet looking design, though.

So do Swindle and the jet, it's a 'mindless drone' thing.

I guess that means Dropkick's got some more personality than they do.

I'm pleasantly surprised that the bed cover is removable and there's an actual truck bed under it with no bot kibble. Very nicely done. This movie line just keeps getting better and better. I've yet to see one that I don't want.
