I stopped by my local Target store and saw that they are trying to bundle some of the DOTM deluxe figures. They are selling these bundled figures for the price of a normal deluxe at $9.99. Around the corner from these there were full pegs of individual figures.

:BANG_HEAD: Why does the good stuff always show up just after I'm gone?!

That's it, I'm moving to the States. By the by, would this be a precursor to the release of Leadfoot? Bundled with Topspin/Twin Twist?

I'd imagine the Leadfoot/Twin Twist set would be packed together in one box, not two Deluxe packages haphazardly taped together.

Assuming, of course, the Wrecker 2-pack ever comes out...

Funny thing is, I notice you lived in TX. That's where I am. East of Dallas and within an hour or so of where your profile says you lived.

The Wreckers 2 pack still shows up in the Target aisle scanner if you type the DPCI in. Of course it isn't in stock.....

For the record: 087-06-2386. I have been waiting for this set.

Tempting... save one thing - There aren't really any DOTM guys out that I want xP I suppose if I saw Crankcase, Thundercracker or Barricade together as a duel pack I might pick it up, but even then it's in the air. Could use more D-con's in my collection, but I don't feel like buying a dup or getting another Bee just to add one when I wasn't enthused enough to buy them at full price xP

I too wanna know when Leadfoot is coming out though! I'd like to finish the DOTM Wrecker set >__< And I don't feel like forking over the money to buy the HA version of him :/

I wish Armor Topspin were among those bundles. As it is, I might get one w/ Laserbeak, he has cool guns, and maybe Sideswipe, for another of his weapons, or regular Topspin for his 5 weapons.

That would be the retailers plea to "Please buy this old crap so we can put the rest of the old crap out and horde the good stuff for ourselves"!!! MUWAHAHAHAHHAHA..just sayin :p

Yep, here at the Wal-Mart in Meadville, PA as well.

12 2 packs for a total of 24 figures per case.

A slew of Bumblebees and Mudflap. A few Laserbeaks and Thundercrackers.

Checked both Walmart and Target when I got home from work. Neither had this sale going yet, if they ever will. I'll have to take a look again this weekend, but I doubt they'll have two figures together that I'd want to buy xP

I can see Optimus being mixed in. He's clogging the shelves at my Walmart. There's more of him than Bee. Lol.

Yeah, I found these sets at my Target today. I figured that for the price it wasnt bad for getting two figures. I bought the Nitro BB and Mudflap set. I kinda liked the extra mold details on BB so I was like, what the heck.

Well, BB would be an alright figure (despite the damn monkey arms) if it wasnt such a pain in the kiester in terms of engineering. Getting the back kibble to lock in and play nice is nearly impossible and the two halves of the front end will not lock into their tabs, so the whole thing ends up being fiddly and aggravating. Add to that the fact that the barrels on the mech tech weapon don't reach full extension when activated ("have you been ripped off?") and forcibly advancing the gear a notch doesn't really fix it right.

I haven't opened Mudflap yet, but I am thoroughly disappoint so far. :-x

I picked the Cyberfire Bumblebee and Mudflap set up for 5 bucks with one of my 5 dollar Hasbro coupons. I was going to pass on these figures until this set cam out. Can't complain getting 2 Deluxe TF's for 5 bucks.
A little off subject but I also got Skids for 4 bucks with another coupon. I figured since I got Mudflap, I should get Skids too.

PS: For those wondering why I would use my Hasbro couponS on these, lets just say I have quite a few to burn.

Yeah, what coupons? The previous ones had expired. Maybe you could scan these coupons and share them with us.

I picked up nitro bb and TC. I really like the mold for TC and haven't bought a bb since the first movie

Sorry folks, but the coupons are the ones young get from Hasbro for buying 20 bucks worth of DOTM figures. They clearly print that you can't use copies of these.

Just for the record, some Walmart stores still have the bundled PCC 5 pack plus 2 pack from Black Friday. My coworker was hungry so we stopped at that Walmart. It was in Carrolton TX I think.
