So what's you're favorite beast era fig? Repaints from other of beast era count too.

For me, my favs are:

1. Nemesis Prime (big convoy repaint)
2. Beast wars cybershark
3. Beast wars depthcharge
4. Beast wars transquito
5. Beast machines Night viper

I never had any figures that i actually had as favorites. The show wasn't broadcast in denmark during the BW era and because of that i didn't know what characters were in the show until it was too late.
I've managed to buy beast era 2 figures, Airazor(she didn't have a long life in the show) and purple/orange bug called Drillbit.
I didn't know of the beast wars show itself until i found it on youtube years later and found out rattrap was my favorite and i never found any toys of him.


But if could get one wish for a BW figure i'd go for TransMetal Rattrap, he's my favorite character because of his personality in both Transformers BW and Transformers BM.

1. Magmatron - I'm a dino-fan, and what's better than one dino? A three dino-combiner! Especially the seasaur component is very well made.
2. Depth Charge
3. TM Tarantulas
4. Rampage - unstoppable.
5. Razorbeast - he was the first and only Beast I had as a kid. He's still awesome.

The only BW toys I've gotten a hold of are the Predacon Fuzors. Love them all, but Buzzclaw is by far one of my favorite TFs, especially after removing the spring gimmick and letting him actually pose those mantid arms.

He's also got some wicked light-piping.


I'd like to get more, but GPS, metallic paint flaking, and excessive kibble are turning me off a lot of molds.

I've never been a fan of the Beast era Transformers, love the show though. But if I was going to have some in my collection they would be:

Season 1 Megatron. One of the best TF's ever.

Yep - Season One Primal and Megs - still on display in my living room after 14 years.

Optimal Optimus for bringing back the tech and a lot of the season one "ghost" basics like Iguanus and Razorclaw. Special mentions to TM Ratrap in Blue - possibly my fave exclusive ever and basic Terrorsaur who should be upscaled as Swoop and released as a Classic deluxe right now.

As a kid when Tranformers went from machines to beasts I was like WTH. When I started collecting Transformers, Beast Wars/Machines became my favorite ones.Was that boos and hisses I just heard?

If I had to pick one I would say RID Optimus Primal. Even though he was sold in RID we all know he was meant for Machines. Love that giant gorilla

Probably transmetal cheetor. I liked him enough to get the fox kids repaint and the armada one. I dont know of a BW mold I have that many variations on.

This is a tough list as there are a lot of great Beast Era figures.
