(lost a shoulder cannon

)
Just a great over all redesign of a gen 1. I'm am so impressed with the detailing. Every time I look at it I get that good old feeling from back in my childhood. I also like the fact that he is nice and sturdy. Last year I did pick up ROTF warpath but he could barely stand up.
Actually WJ does everything I always wanted my him to do from the 80's but couldn't. Back then it always bothered me that his legs didn't separate. Had to pick up one to open and one to keep.

Yeah, I think he suits that mold better than Tracks. I don't buy duplicate molds and I got Tracks for Christmas last year but oh well. Still a good mold!

No such Warpath exists. Are you confusing the Warpath released for the first movie for a ROTF release?

FYI: the missile launcher should be clipped on his back for the G1 cartoon look, the silver "shoulder cannons" are actually his wrenches. Those can be clipped on the bars behind his lower legs.

Ah, yes. I meant Tomahawk not Warpath from Hunt for the Decepticons. This fig was realeased during ROTF though right?

Well, like Uniclassics Sunstreaker and Sideswipe...they have different transformations that almost make them unique molds with similar transforms...and the legs are actually molded different than Tracks'. They don't extend like his do.
For my money, Wheeljack is one of the very best Classicsverse figs out there. And I wouldn't say the same about Tracks...even though he's a nice figure in his own right.

I wish WJ was just a tad taller, seems kind of stubby but I LOVE his colors. He just pops on the shelf and his vehicle mode is bad ass..Generations is turning out to be a amazing line..

Surely the only difference is whether or not the lower body needs to rotate and the extension of the legs. That's just too similar for me.

Yeah, great figure but doesn't really capture who it should be.

Don't know why they didn't have a way for his hips to drop below the windshield. I don't like the aesthetics of the windshield over the hips and upper thighs. Other than that, he looks great, especially the head and legs/feet. Wish I had the dough to collect the generation/classics line.

Did you know that his hips had a "POP" to them. Pull down and they pop about 2.68 millimeters. Makes a big diff.

"About 2.68 millimeters"... you know, I don't think I have a ruler that can measure in hundredths of a millimeter. Pretty durn precise for "about"
