Cybertron.CA is reporting that the highly anticipated Transformers Prime Cliffjumper from the Deluxe "First Edition" case revision has started to turn up at Toys"R"Us. Hopefully his US release is close at hand.

I wonder if this won't sell that well in the long run due to his dying over a year ago on the show? I know when I was 7 I didn't want Optimus and Megatron that bad after seeing them die in TFTM, but maybe mine wasn't the most normal reaction.

Oh, and whoever ends up shooting his gallery, please make sure at least one photo has him with The Rock. They may have even done a micro wrestling figure of him that'd be roughly in scale.

Anyway i have the feeling that only collectors are going to be hunting these down, not only is the price to high but i dont think any of the kids even remember him. He was alive for what 5 minutes then a zombie for another 5, probably going to be the shelf warmer of the line once the line actually takes hold if the line takes hold.

This is cool news, but worries me because I haven't been able to pick up Arcee yet.

I think Cliffjumper is going to sell big just because of the crossover appeal to wrestling fans. Hard to believe that in 2012 we will have 3 different Rock toys on the shelf at the same time.

that is literally exactly what i thought when i saw the picture... when things first come out.. i hate when people buy all of that particular thing.. leave some for someone else.. you're going to come across more in the future.. and if you're doing it to sell them for inflated prices on ebay.. i hope no one buys them.

I was at my local TRU today and didn't see any, but I'm going back tomorrow to check again. I got lucky with the first batch of Prime First Editions. *fingers crossed*

It took a 2-3 weeks I believe so not too terribly long

i picked up a cj today when i found about and there were a lot of arcee's on the shelf so it shouldn't be no worries. although cj is short packed.

I had to get mine off eBay. I couldn't wait for it to show up on the shelves. I was lucky to find the other three in this wave at retail though.

Anybody seen these in the Montreal area? It is, basically, the one toy I really want from the line at current.
