I think you're jumping to conclusions. It doesn't mention anything about Human Alliance, not even a new Prime figure. Seems more like a HA promotion with a special edition HA human figure and card.

The HA OP speculation comes from the original poster on ACToys, but you are correct the solicitation does not mention OP at all.

Yeah, i kinda based it off the fact they had a pic of prime in the bottom right corner.

Without a proper translation, I think you're jumping to conclusions. The little OP pic in the corner may have nothing to do with the text above.
