TakaraTomy have opened a special promotional site for Transformers Prime. The site will feature monthly character spotlight videos, special twitter icons, and news updates. The current video spotlight is for Optimus Prime. The site also announces the launch of the Transformers Prime "Robots in Disguise" line in March of 2012. Click

Okay, Prime is in the middle, Soundwave is on the left, but is that Ratchet on the right side?

Hard to say since the only ratchet figure we've seen so far is a Cyberverse one. I think it might be a Vehicon.

No, Vehicons are slimmer and don't have the barest peek of a chevron on they're forehead
