That mold doesn't have electronics in it. Looking this guy up on Shmax, there's no mention on instructions or paperwork of any kind. You can see for yourself here:

yeah, it did. He made "pew pew" sounds, and there was a light as well, activated when you pressed his mini-con into a hole in the turret, or activated the missile launching gimmick, IIRC.
It's standard practice to remove all electronics from a mold for BotCon use. So while Megatron and Galvatron had theirs, Megazarak didn't.
Yeah, that's what I was saying. Or rather, what one of those guys I've quoted was saying...
to clear it all up:
The question was raised as to whether the Botcon Megazarak originally came with instructions. It was suggested that possibly the reason they didn't just include the instructions for the original toy, upon which the exclusive was based, was because said original toy Armada Megatron, had come with electronics. Obviously, as the Botcon one doesn't, people would bitch and moan if they were mentioned on the instructions. I was clarifying that the Armada versions of this Transformers toy did indeed have electronics.
Can we confusedly discuss something else now?
