Transformers toy package Bio quotes,you thought sounded cool,awful or consider Iconic.

Here's my short list:

Iconic:

1984 Optimus Prime: "Freedom is the right of all sentient beings."

COOL:

Dinobots Magmatron: "Till all is won."

Awful:

1985 Trailbreaker: "An Autobot's as good as the fuel in his tank."

Not really a quote as much as it was the entire bio - HftD Hailstorm's made me chuckle.

"Hailstorm is famous on Cybertron for his unique weapon designs, and ridiculous amount of firepower. What is less well known is the fact that he's terribly clumsy - which is why he avoids fights at all costs, despite his heavy armament. Ironhide may be excited to fight him, but Hailstorm intends to fire his entire complement of missiles, and then escape under the cover of the explosion."


There were others but i can't think of them at the moment and most of my bio's (and MISB's) are packed away because we've been doing a some construction 'round here.

Movie Bonecrusher's bio about hating everything was great.

Other than G1 Optimus Prime and Megatron, I dont consider many mottos to be that iconic but I always felt that G1 skids came close with "Deep down, we are more like than unlike humans" Im not sure what it is about this, but its always struck a chord with me.

I also think G1 Razorclaw's motto was a nice play on words " All good things succumb to those who wait". I guess this would be my selection for cool, and as for the awful I couldnt think of one other than Gnaw. "I live for the taste of an autobots fuel line". Not the worst by far, but IMO its up there.

A version of Optimus Prime, I can't remember which one although it may have been TFA or WFC said that Prime would never surrender until the Decepticons are defeated. This begs the question "to whom would he surrender?"

The most WTF bio I ever read was for War Within Starscream:

"Most Decepticons keep score of how many Autobots they take out,but Starscream carves himself little trophies out of their pelvic gimbals."

Just... Jesus Christ, he neuters the dead and makes Heroclix out of their balls. That's... at the very least it's against the Tyrest Accord!

There were a lot of cool bios in G1, but since then the writing team has never been quite as memorable with those, although there have been good ones here and there.

And once in a while, they do try to pass a little something by us, just to see if we're paying attention.

In 2008, they released a WalMart exclusive repaint of the Cybertron Skywarp/Thundercracker mold called Divebomb.

Divebomb tries his hardest to make friends with the other Decepticons, but they go out of their way to avoid him. Everyone recognizes his skill an aerial fighter, his intelligence as a tactician, and his positive attitude towards the goal of total Decepticon domination. Unfortunately, his reactor containment is so bad that other robots can't stand to be near him. Wherever he goes, he leaves a trail of toxic fumes, and he emits so much radiation that it short-circuits the sensor systems of those nearby.

Not actually on the card, but I always thought Grimlock's quote should have been "Me, Grimlock BADASS!"

Here is a couple of the Bios I have:

Rodimus and Cyclonus:

Powercore combiners Heavytread with Ground spike:
