In today's new galleries, Seibertron.com is proud to exhibit some of the rarer US exclusives from the Dark of the Moon line. Released as K-Mart exclusives, "Flash Freeze Assault" and "Daredevil Squad" were garishly recolored versions of Revenge of the Fallen Human Alliance Sideswipe and Cannon Bumblebee, partnered with equally recolored versions of Human Alliance Basic Icepick and Backfire. Interestingly enough, Icepick has switched factions for the pack. Along with the recolored figures, we present galleries of the original decos for both Backfire and Icepick, as well as their Human Alliance partners.

I never even tried snapping the C-Clip weapons onto the arms of the humans! You should post that in the "Things my transformers can do that I never realized" Thread, Because that's awesome! I'm trying it when I go back home tonight.

Icepick has evidently gone from PCC Combiner --> Human Alliance --> Human Alliance . Interesting.

And the Flash Freeze Assault package bio complicates things further. I'm going with he's a Decepticon still that is in disguise to infiltrate the Autobot ranks.

Both sets are looking good, though I must confess I'm a bit worried with the Cannon Bumblebee mold. To be exact the hinges with the cannon, how strong are they?

Why did K-Mart have to pull out of Texas?

So Icepick is a Decepticon, but is labeled an Autobot?

Icepick actually doesnt look that bad, but then again these galleries make backfire look good and that figure is crap.

Whoah, I actually like the recolorings. I haven't touched these ever since I saw them on shelves, but man, I must have a before-now unrealized fetish for that green. It's AWESOME. Hahahaha. now I want them. :S

I was at work and all the DOTM clearance toys were on sale so I was able to snag the Sideswipe set for 11 bucks! It was so worth it, and in person, he actually looks really cool Though the Human Alliance Basic that comes with it doesn't influence me to get the rest of them. I really wish the appealed to me more because it seems like everyone loves the Human Alliance Basics.
