So we got MP-01 Optimus, Starscream, Skywarp, Grimlock and then Rodimus (Hot Rod). Question: What will the next masterpiece Hasbro will release? Will it be one of the following:
Thundercracker w/new Starscream mold.
Optimus Prime w/o Trailer
New Starscream with no battle damage deco w/new Starscream mold.

Or will it be something else...

Which of these will be released? Of course we cannot get a MP Megatron due to ridiculous laws.

Some staff members hinted Soundwave.

Are you talking Hasbro or Takara? Because there are plans for a new MP Megatron in MP-10 scale from Takara (although not next), it just won't come out here. But if your question is the next Hasbro MP, then it's most likely MP-10 in some fashion.

MP-11 will be coronation Starscream. I'm really hoping for an MP Galvatron. And if the rumours are tru at an updated (hopefully better) MP Megatron, then I'll have to get MP-10 as well to keep scale.

There might be an Ultra Magnus using the MP-10 mold.

I'm guessing (and hoping) that Hasbro will release the updated MP Prime mold (is that MP-10 I'm thinking of?) stateside. I made the stupid decision of passing up the first few releases of MP Prime at Wal Mart and refuse to pay eBay prices for the figure (though I did get the Black version of the mold). I'd be pretty stoked up Wal Mart or some other retail chain would pick up the MP-10 figure.

Also hoping for a Thundercracker. Seems like the most logical choice, but seeing how crappy MP Skywarp did while shelfwarming, it may not happen.

I was thinking this as well. They've done molds of 3 Autobots and only 2 Decepticons. It only seems logical. And Soundwave is one of the most popular characters outright. The only thing is that I think his masterpiece form will be slightly unimpressive. The others really were a stroke of genius and bridged the gap between G1 figure and cartoon counterpart. The only thing I believe they could add to Soundwave is better articulation for poses. The new tapes would probably be the best part of the whole set (assuming they come with).

If Soundwave came with MP Tapes of the 5 original dudes (no Kiss Player stuff please) I think fandom would die of a fangasm.

MP Soundwave could benefit from increased articulation and a more proportional robot mode with tons of detailing.

The original purpose of the thread was just general US release speculation. If MP Prime comes stateside the (MP 10 version) I will be glad to do the whole shaking hands with Hot Rod pose.

Whatever it is, it better NOT be magnus or something with loads of accessories... like a full megatron pistol.

I realy want Mp-11 and i wouldent be able to buy a 2nd MP that costs $250 again this year
