Pheeewwww! Ordered 2 Over-Runs and a Drift, and received confirmation by e-mail! Not cheap by any means, especially due to excessive international shipping costs, but well worth it none-the-less I'm sure. Decided not to get a T-shirt, though...
From my end it all seemed to work well enough, even though I made my order by iPhone!

Tried to per-order and it has rejected both my credit cards!! Looking at the FB page I'm not the only one!

I tried to pre-order 4 times (using two separate cards) and each time I received an "unknown" card error. It seems I need to call in, but they closed shop 8 minutes ago. We'll see what's left tomorrow.

Got my order in, no way I was going to miss out on it this year.

Really looking forward to this and the Club Freebie.

Also looks like we all rushed and took the site down.

Sounds like they put a call into support on it.

Message by Twitter suggested not putting in your order a second time. I guess we will have to watch and see how this shakes out.

I'm confident I got my order put in successfully before the rush though.

Got em', thank goodness. They kill you on the shipping charges and even charge $3 extra for bubble wrap.

From their Twitter and Facebook it sounds like their phonelines are jammed rather than closed.

I managed to get my orders in, but from what I hear they are having server trouble now. Hopefully they get it resolved soon so that everyone else can get theirs.

I got the "Unknown Error" myself and know it's not the card. *Sigh* Guess I'll just have to cross my fingers and hope there's one left tomorrow morning.

The error msg received provides that their office hours are 9:30am = 4:00 pm Central. What's funny is, at the bottom of the actual page, the hours are 9:00 am - 4:30 pm.

It's just frustrating because there seems to be a problem ordering items every year, and I really don't feel like going to the secondary market to purchase something because their system can't handle the transaction.

Wow. They need a new system or SOMETHING. I've logged in, shopped, filled out the full page of form and credit card info and address... for an error. Maybe 10 or 15 times? Very frustrating.

It's like some bad Las Vegas slot machine nightmare.

Come on... big money... no whammies!!!

Wow, yet another customer relations "oops" involving FunPub.

Don't hate on them though, because it isn't their fault.

Supposedly it's back up.

Well, at least they decided to put them up end of day on monday instead of friday like they did Botcon so if there are problems, people don't have to wait a whole weekend for service.

managed to speak to someone there on the phone, their advice is juct to keep trying, or wait a bit and try, they cannot process orders over the phone. I really think I will miss out now. I even had to call up to get my membership processed
