Here are three more Toy Fair 2012 galleries: Movie Trilogy Deluxe Optimus Prime, Bot Shots, and Rescue Bots. Follow the links or click the images below for the full galleries.

Oddly the only movie universe toy on display was the upcoming Deluxe Movie Trilogy Series Optimus Prime with Trailer. During the brand presentation they revealed the Deluxe Wheeljack with G1 style head, black Soundblaster repaint of Soundwave, and Ratchet repaint would not be released in the US.

There was a large display of the new Transformers Bot Shots game. These little figures feature a "rock, paper, scissors" type game built into their chests. Each wave features a translucent chase figure with bonus powers for the game. There will also be launcher play sets for added playability.

Lastly we have some images of Transformers: Rescue Bots figures and play sets. Don't forget the show returns to the Hub this month on the 18th!

Movie Trilogy eh? Let's hope we get us at least a leader class Blackout. It's the one a lot of us want, and instead we get 17 versions of goddamn Bumblebee. bollocks.

so theres going to be a potentially good DOTM soundwave and a soundblaster but we're not going to get it? what the hell kind of crap is that? Stop with all the crappy optimus & bumblebee repaints and give us the stuff thats good.

I'm really loving bot shots and plan to start collecting them, but I fear the quantity and variety of available figures will quickly get completely out of hand.

Then there's the whole chase/rare figure thing. Before you know it we'll see them going for $60 on ebay.

It's part of the fun and appeal of collecting, I suppose.

Show-accurate Cody Burns almost makes that Rescue Bots Mobile Headquarters worth purchasing... almost.

It actually showing up in the cartoon would help as well. ;)

I'm so disappointed I was really wanting leaders of shockwave and Megs and it looks like they won't be made. And to top it off no HA soundwave or even deluxe in the US and no Mirage. The only movie toys I got were voyager Megs and shockwave and leader ironhide. I didn't get around to getting crankcase which I now regret because I can't find him anywhere and I suppose I should pick up a leader sentinel before he disappears.

"Rock, Paper, Scissors" battle game figs with a rare extra power "chase" variant? Reminds me of Battle Beasts, actually...could be cool, though, depending on the toys.

No Mirage, almost certainly. (Well, unless you count the Cyberverse retool of ROTF Sideways; and I can see why you wouldn't.) But in what I've read reported here so far, I haven't seen anything definite about HA Soundwave and Deluxe Soundwave and Que (in their original colors).

I'll grant, things don't look too good for a US release of these figures. But, would Deluxe trailer Prime really be the lone Movie Trilogy release in the States? That seems a bit odd. It doesn't strike me as completely unreasonable to hold out hope that these figures (in their original colors) might still see a US release in the Movie Trilogy line.

It would be nice to get a definite answer on this.

Agreed.

The fact that there is a Nemesis Prime and Acid Storm Botshot is awesome, I just wish the Megatron in the three-pack was purple and called Galvatron.

Movie Trilogy is going to be nothing but repaints of the three movieverse lines. My guess is we'll see all core cast re-released and a few repainted with 'new' names of characters never featured in the films.

Face it - we need more bumblebee's and mudflaps.

Please prove me wrong, Hasbro.

Dammit, I'm going to get addicted to these Bot Shots. I LOVE tiny collectible things. And the fact that they're Transformers and a game adds even more to it. But I worry that at $5 a pop it's going to become too much. :\

Movie Trilogy is gonna be an Asia-only toyline.
