I got these pictures from a member at the little rubber guys forums who's looking for more information on this piece. It's a G1 Magnus styled pen set with what seems to be a compartment for paper that's opened by turning the head. The only marking is a 'MADE IN TAIWAN' stamp, with no Hasbro or Takara copyright stamp or date, so my guess would be that it was an unlicensed item, but honestly I've never seen one before and would appreciate any solid info anyone has. On with the pictures.

Well, no Hastak markings... I'd say KO. But this is a very cool one. Magnus body and a pen based on, what seem to be, Soundwave's weapons.

That's quaint, but kind of awesome. Got any scale pics?

Could it be pre-Transformers? Ultra Magnus was.

Possibly. I always thought diaclone Magnus was red, black and blue. I may be wrong of course. Looks cool though, i've always been fascinated by the non-transforming merchandise like stampers and such.

I´d like to see if this thing has any company markings on it. Even if it´s diaclone, something should be on there. If not, KO.

This is piece is awesome! I wonder if anyone else has stumbled across these?

My guess is, it's a knock-off. But, if it is, it's a pretty cool one.
