Thanks to our on-hand staff members DevastaTTor and Mach we have a couple more Transformers Prime reveals. We get our first looks at Sergeant Kup and Rumble.

These figures are scheduled to be release in wave 5 of the Prime RID line in October.

Sergeant Kup is obviously a repaint of the upcoming deluxe Ironhide figure and Rumble appears to be a new mold with a possible Frenzy repaint. Rumble comes with a pair of laser pile drivers while Sergeant Kup comes with a pair plasma cannons.

What is up with the continued "there's a face on the chest!" designs of Prime?

If HasTak doesn't make at least one of these guys into a Headmaster for a honkin' ginormous robot I am going to totally feel teased and want a reimbursement for that dinner and bowling shoe rental I bought for them....

...'nuff said!

@@#$!$*&()%^$ Sweet!!! I like them both (though not incredibly fond of Kup's bot mode.) I hope they'll appear in the show!

Also, based on this and the unreleased RTS Rumble, Hasbro wants to sway us towards RIB. :/

They're kind of opposites. Kup is meh in robot mode (but then again, so is the pic's quality, so we'll see. His alt mode is good, though. Rumble looks brilliant in robot mode, meh in car mode. Rumble is already a definite buy, Kup depends on how he looks in later pics.

Assuming I can find them, these will both be pick ups for me.

Well I'm always happy to have another incarnation of Kup at the least.

rumble looks like a smart car lolz but they both look good, i think im guna skip Kup when he comes and hope for ironhide and airachnid in wave 4

Nice, but now this means I have to buy Ironhide AND Kup.

Rumble looks pretty decent but I wish he was Frenzy. I really hope they get to repainting him red and it's not Japan-only.

the only bad things ive noticed about rumble is his shoulders appear to be most of the top of the car, and he's a full sized deluxe so he cant pop out of soundwave's chest

I mentioned earlier that I didn't like the ironhide paint scheme, and foolishly I didn't realise that it was a kup repaint, but still, I don't like it. Its not got the details that make kup 'kup' if you get me.

If they give him a new head sculpt and change the weaponry options that kup should have, then I can buy up this new version of the cranky warhorse.

Rumble on the other hand, its a good update on a classic character, just got to have the red n black repaint and we have our frenzy (or is it the other way around? Lol)

I just realized how much Rumble looks like Armada Sideswipe? Kup's body is too long also.

Outstanding. So far, I still haven't decided whether or not to invest in this line beyond a few figures, but I may have to extend the "few" part to include these ones.

Getting rumble and the inevitable frenzy redeco

The Kup/Ironhide mold looks like they took the movie vehicles of Ironhide and Ratchet and melded them together. I'm ok with Kup having canons, if Wheeljack can be an expert swordsman, Kup can be a badass warrior with canons. Rumble is ok I guess. The pile drivers in vehicle mode look odd.
