Takara Transformers GARIGARI-kun Robo (Cola), a figure based on Garigari-kun's (an frozen treat producer in Japan) mascot that transforms into a popsicle!

It turns into Optimus Prime cosplaying as that mascot, or the mascot cosplaying as Optimus Prime, not quite sure what.

I totally didn't notice the Prime colors in there... suffice to say, the original character is far too creepy anyway.
