As soon as I saw this I thought it was Bluestreak or Silverstreak, but not sure. Wondering why they wanted so much for him? The clerk had no idea.

Also is this Takara or Hasbro version?

As far as I can tell all 3 are hasbro versions. And it is silver streak .

Takara's Striaxus had blue limbs rather than gray.
Takara's Red Alert has a red head not black
Takara's silverstreak does not have the baby blue waist decorations.

Thank you for your help, you know your ****! I was pretty sure red alert and Striaxus were Hasbro but thought silver Streak had to be Takara because of its high price tag. lol

Correct me if I'm wrong but this is Truly Takara Hound?

Silverstreak/Bluestreak -- As far as I can tell, it's the Hasbro Universe release.

Straxus -- Yellow eyes and grey limbs, it's the Hasbro Generations release.

Red Alert -- It's clearly the Hasbro Generations release.

Correct. And in fact, it's a very obvious "Hell no" xD The differences between the two releases of Generations Hound are...rather spectacular. There's a HUGE number of paint apps missing from the Hasbro release.

IF bluestreak is still there, get him and hound. $35 for bluestreak is half what he's going for on ebay. $60 on ebay... hound too, $20 is a great deal...
Bluestreak and Hound are from Universe 2008 line. I got takara Bluestreak for $20 when it 1st came out.

As for Straxus and Red alert, dont bother if they are above $10. I'm sure u can find both on clearance if you look hard enough, both are relatively new.

Bluestreak and Hound are from Universe 2008 line. I got takara Bluestreak for $20 when it 1st came out.

I talked him down on the four with a package deal. I ended up getting silverstreak for $30 and hound for $15 but is missing ravage. My brother in law ended up with other two. Thanks

I think you got a good deal on those. I broke down and purchased Hound on Amazon for $45 shipping included. Always been a Hound fan!

Here's an easy way way to differentiate between Hasbro and Takara:

Chrome (Henkei) or shiny paint (United): TakaraTomy
None of the above (Classics, Universe, Generations): Hasbro

I know, I know, water under the bridge

What's odd is despite how thoroughly Takara's Hound kicks Hasbro's Hound's ass...Hasbro offered the better Ravage. Go figure.

Hasbro Hound makes me sad when you compare it to Takara's. Most of the figure's differences don't bother me at all, but this one does. A lot.

What were the differences in the two Ravages?
